00:04So apparently, 76 Americans who identify as trans have fled to the Netherlands to claim asylum.

00:11And the Netherlands is hilarious because they don't just let you in their country while they

00:15process your asylum claim. No, they put you in a camp, like with fences and tents. Oh, and just

00:22to be clear, all 76 claims have been denied because the Netherlands recognizes that the United States

00:29is a safe country. And to claim asylum in another nation, you have to be fleeing something. And the

00:34wild thing is fleeing to the Netherlands, a country whose restrictions on transgender surgery are more

00:41strict than the United States. It's like in the Netherlands, you're not even allowed to apply

00:46for top surgery until you're 16. United States, we allow that as young as eight. The only thing that

00:52the Netherlands allows that the United States doesn't is they allow transgenders to serve in

00:56the military. Of course, none of these 76 people actually want to go do that. So all of their

01:01claims have been denied. They get one appeal and they get to go live in a camp while they do

01:07that

01:07appeal. And we will shortly have them back in the U.S. God, I wish they would keep them though.

01:15Meet the Americans who fled Trump and now live in Dutch refugee camps. This psychosis needs to be

01:21steadied. So I'm totally in support for this. Go and flee to your refugee camp.

01:44live in a refugee camp, right? They complain about, uh, you know, the, the ice facilities that we have

01:54here and they're probably living in worse conditions in a completely different country

01:58right now. Uh, which is hilarious, you know, absolutely hilarious, but you know, these leftists,

02:06man, they never make any type of sense. Just saying.

02:09When you think of refugees, your mind probably goes to Africans or Syrians fleeing conflict.

02:15But what if I told you that Americans, people from the United States are now applying for refugee

02:21status and the numbers are higher than you think. For decades, the U.S. was the place others ran to

02:26for safety. Now people are running from it. So why are U.S. citizens applying for asylum and where are

02:32they going? In Canada, 245 Americans filed refugee claims in just the first half of 2025, already more

02:40than all of last year. In Australia, at least 29 Americans have applied for protection visas this

02:46year. And Ireland has also seen a rise, tripling applications from U.S. nationals since 2024.

02:53Small numbers compared to African or Middle Eastern flows, but still the trend is real.

02:58Lawyers say many claims come from LGBTQ plus and transgender Americans who feel unsafe with rising

03:06restrictions and hostility at home. But here's the catch. Most claims get rejected. Why? Because the U.S.

03:14is still classed as a safe country. Even so, the fact that Americans are trying tells us something.

03:21Think about the reversal. The country that once gave asylum to millions is now producing its own claimants.

03:27Meanwhile, across Africa, over 230,000 Americans live on the continent today. Not as refugees,

03:35but as migrants, workers and settlers. Migration is never one way. History keeps flipping the script.

03:42So never hold yourself above others. Because the refugee you look down on today, tomorrow it could be you.

03:50This is the Africa you're not shown. And it's Africa that reminds us no country is above migration.

03:58Well, I don't think the circumstances are completely the same. These people who are

04:05fleeing America are fleeing it for silly reasons, right? It's not because there's not food here to

04:16eat or shelter here or it's not like there's a war going on on American soil or anything like that.

04:24It's not like people are, you know, dying all over the place, you know, just bodies dropped in left and

04:30right. Like, no, no, no, no, no. These people are fleeing because they've been convinced that America

04:36is a terrible place and that anybody that disagrees with them or says anything that goes against their

04:43ideology, they've believed, they've been convinced that that is now violence.

04:48So, no, it's not exactly the same when it comes to, you know, America not being above having

04:57refugees. It's, it's not. It's crazy. It's crazy. But anyway, let's carry on. Let's carry on.

05:08So apparently 76 trans Americans fled Trump's tyranny for Dutch safety. Zero were granted asylum,

05:16still refugee, still in refugee camps that they're claiming are worse than the U.S. prison. Mind you,

05:22half of these individuals probably left high-rise apartments in the U.S. to go and live on the floor

05:28in sleeping bags in the dirt and claim that they were so oppressed and needed to seek asylum from

05:32the U.S. Seek asylum from what? And another thing that these people fail to realize is you went to

05:37the Netherlands to try to seek asylum when they genuinely feel that people from the U.S. are

05:42presumed not to need asylum protection because they treat the United States as a safe country of origin

05:46and in order to get approval, it is very rare unless they can prove specific individualized

05:51prosecution that the U.S. government cannot or will not. Because the Netherlands considers the U.S.

05:56a safe country, applicants must clear a very high bar. They must show specific personal threats,

06:01not general fears. They must prove that they can't relocate safely within the U.S. and show that

06:06they can't get protection from police or courts. And simply seeking asylum for being a transgender and

06:11not agreeing with your government, the applicant could qualify if they can prove repeated targeted

06:16violence with no police protection, credible death threats, or extreme harassment, evidence that

06:22authorities refuse to help or protect them. And even then, the approval is still rare. So it looks to me

06:29that you guys are probably never gonna get approved for asylum because you don't qualify for any of the

06:33things listed. No one is out there just blatantly targeting you at all. And if you are blatantly

06:38targeted or violent, uh, someone is violent towards you just because of who you are, there's laws against

06:44that. It's called hate crimes. And that person will go to fucking jail for it. So again, the law still

06:50protects you. And you can

06:51easily relocate wherever the fuck you want within the United States without somebody stopping you just because

06:56you're LGBTQ whatever plus. People have lost no rights whatsoever and you can walk freely on this

07:02God-given motherfucking earth just the same way everybody else does in the United States. So y'all are over

07:08suffering and realizing that the grass isn't greener. Oh, and the fact that everybody has immigration laws and you can't

07:13seek asylum wherever the fuck you want. Yeah. I don't feel bad for you. Deal with it. Learn. You live

07:17and you learn, right? Let's be real. These people have not lost any constitutional rights under Donald

07:22Trump. Marriage, equality, workplace protections, freedom of speech are all fully intact. So trying to

07:27claim otherwise and seek asylum abroad is not gonna go in your favor because you haven't lost anything. And you

07:33have many protections under this government. I think that these people have lost their fucking minds and they

07:38thought that they were running from something that didn't exist just to put themselves in a worse

07:42situation. I'm glad that they realized you can't just up and flee and go to somebody's other fucking

07:46country and think they're just going to open their doors to you immediately. Nah, facts. Like I said,

07:52they're, they're fleeing a boogeyman that doesn't exist, you know? And you know, I said that earlier,

07:59so I'm, I'm, I'm, I'm glad that she reiterated that, but they're finding out the hard way. Like, no,

08:05there is no danger in America. And you just came all the way across the pond, as they like to

08:13to a completely different country, thinking that you're about to seek asylum because America's so

08:19dangerous and so terrible. Well, no, it isn't. That's a lie. You've been fed a lie. You know,

08:29all these folks that say, Oh, I'm being attacked. Show me, show me because that's what, that's what

08:35a lot of left leftists like to say. I'm being attacked left and right. You know, show me.

08:42Everybody's got a camera. Everybody's got phones. There's security cameras everywhere. So don't tell

08:47me, Oh, well I couldn't get it on camera. Like, Nope. If you ain't got it on camera, then it
