00:09So over here in Microsoft Planner what you can also do is go ahead and assign out non-members

00:15to the tasks as well. Let's say for example I want to assign out a person right here. In my

00:21case

00:22myself I am a part of this particular group so I am a member. So if you want to go

00:29ahead and add in

00:30a non-member simply go ahead and click on the plus button and type in the name right here just

00:35like

00:35this. So if I were to go around over here you will actually see other people from the same organization

00:43right here just like this as you can see right here. So you can see that you can go ahead

00:48and

00:48actually add that in right here and now you can see that it says the this user isn't a member

00:54of

00:55this plan and assigning this task will add the user to this plan and its associated groups and

01:01memberships. This will give users access to all plan data including files and teams and channels. So

01:06you can see that if I were to assign and task then what happens is that this person now will

01:12be assigned

01:12for this particular task right here and that is how you can go ahead and assign out non-members

01:18to task. Even in the grid view right here you can see that you can go around over here and

01:24then add

01:24in other member now and that person right here will be assigned to the task like this as well. So

01:30that is

01:30how you can go ahead and assign none members to task inside of Microsoft Planner. So I hope you guys
