00:00In this video, I will show you how to upload a PDF to Google Drive quickly and easily.
00:06So if you do have a PDF on your computer and want to save it securely in Google Drive so
00:12you can access it from anywhere, I'll walk you through the process step by step.

00:27Now, to get started, what you want to do is open up a new internet browser and come
00:32over to Google.com.
00:33Once you've done that, you want to come up to the top right hand corner, make sure you're
00:37signed into your Google account.
00:39And once you've done that, you want to click the icon next to your Google account profile
00:43icon, which says Google apps.
00:45What that's going to do is open a window like this, where you should see your Google Drive.
00:50You might just need to scroll through the apps to find it.
00:52And then what you can do is give it a click to be taken to your Google Drive.
00:56Alternatively, just come across to drive.google.com.
01:00Now, from here to upload a PDF, all you need to do is come over to the left hand side,
01:04click
01:05the new button here.
01:06And from this menu that comes up, you want to click onto file upload.
01:10What that's going to do is open up your computer's file explorer.
01:13And from here, you can locate the PDF you want to upload from your computer or laptop.
01:18Now in this example, I'm going to upload this one here.
01:22All you need to do once you've found it, it's just simply double click.
01:25And you can see in the bottom right hand corner, that's going to upload this to your Google
01:29Drive.
01:30Now to find this, the best way to do this is if you come to the menu on the left
01:34hand
01:34side, click onto recent.
01:36And in here, you should find your PDF at the top of the page.
01:41What you can then do is double click to open this up.
01:43And from here, if you want to make any changes using Google docs or anything like that, you
01:48can see if you come up to the top, there's an option here to open with Google docs, give
01:52that a click.
01:53And what that's going to do is open up your PDF with Google docs.
01:56If you want to make any changes or edit your PDF.
