00:00A federal judge has ordered the Trump administration to restore White House access for journalists from CNN, MSNOW and Politico.
00:09The ruling by U.S. District Judge Tim Kelly would block the ban for 14 days with an order to

00:18The three outlets sued the Trump administration on Monday over the ban which Trump announced last Friday.
00:24They argued that it violated protections for free speech and a free press as well as their right to due

00:31Trump had accused the outlets of repeatedly publishing fake news with Justice Department lawyers defending the ban on national security
00:38grounds.
00:40Kelly rejected that argument saying the administration had provided no evidence that restoring the press passes would endanger national security.
