"If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour." - John 12:26 Low energy this morn before coffee. Maybe new diet is the reason? Once, l figured out where my body wanted to be on the Zero Pose, it was time to hold the position for half a minute or so. Felt very good and was a great start for the morning. God Bless. #jesussaves #heropose #kneemobility #anklemobility
