00:40this highly poseable figure stands five inches tall featuring 17 plus points of articulation
00:46and comes with removable cloudy full moon base there's another one i keep getting these threatening
00:51messages left at my doorstep to say i know what you diddly idly did look if this has anything at
00:56all to do with the plate of deviled eggs that i dropped on the ground when the company was
00:59over and i put back on the plate i picked off whatever hairs and what was lint was lying on
01:05them and served them to the company that was over then yes i am guilty of it i served floor

01:15franchise i didn't expect to have any news to announce that there was going to be new jack
01:19specific simpsons figures and yet lo and behold look what they've dug up from the ground perfectly
01:24timed as well that we're going to be looking at this during the month of spottober in fact a whole
01:28bunch of brand new treehouse of horror figures starting first with werewolf flanders who
01:33speaking of deviled eggs that were covered in hair i mean this man is just covered in hair
01:36we're going to go and get things going with taking the tape measure first figuring out that
01:40devil i've got to say devil flanders that's another flanders werewolf flanders stands five
01:45inches he's also going to be standing around 12 and a half centimeters tall i would have said this
01:50was the only time that we got ourselves a furry flanders but that technically isn't true
01:53kid robot back in the day of releasing their trios of horror series two minis did release a rare blind
01:59box vinyl figure of flanders where he was actually flocked back in also 2002 burger king released the
02:04creepy classics toy line fast food premiums from that episode as well although they didn't have
02:09flanders as a werewolf they had flanders as the fisherman i say that because it's somewhat rather
02:13ironic that the only other figure of this scale from jack specific happens to be stupid sexy
02:20flanders we sure yeah did get a smaller flanders but if you prefer to have your figures with more
02:25posability packed in them then obviously we all really want a regular flanders you got to make
02:30that happen jack specific here's also what the figure looks like with a sick homer who has by this
02:35point eaten i think almost all of the quite and we fully have to assess the fact that that sub
02:40was
02:41quite spoiled by this point homer i think is also a good stand-in too if you really want to
02:45have a
02:45shinning homer i don't know what likelihood there would be that we might get a jack specific tree
02:49has for shinning homer here's some of the other offerings that we also got speaking of homer we
02:53got a homer kong too small yeah it is rather too small there is technically also a plush version of
03:00homer kong that was a little bit bigger as well and here's also what the figure looks like with
03:03dracula burns i'm quite impressed the fact that jack's does include a little well it's a full moon
03:09but really to be fair the full moon is only just clear plastic looks like they probably have applied a
03:14sticker to the front of it it's supposed to i think ideally stand really behind of werewolf
03:19flanders i think it looks a little silly myself but at least technically he could say that he comes
03:23with an accessory it's not like he's going to come included with the big wolf that attacks him
03:27while he's going out for his foggy jog um for yeah again like there's no nothing at all you can
03:33really remove i guess you could technically remove this but really it's not like he's going to be carrying
03:37around the sign with him showing everybody he i guess he's if he was protesting he's protesting for
03:43more moons more moons not less moons because if it was less moons it really would have like a no
03:48moons no full moon sign he's all fully advocating a full moon all the time uh let's go ahead before

03:56forget things put it back on the display stand and just move it off to the side i like really
04:01the look
04:02of werewolf flanders i think honestly the ones that we the ones at least i have picked up
04:06this is probably going to be one of my personal favorites i i love really the look of werewolf
04:10flanders this wave also does consist of i think like the death what was it like the grim reaper
04:16homer there is also vampire crusty and there is bart the fly which i think also bart the fly was

04:21one point a convention exclusive jack specific may have since then circulated them back out for
04:28werewolf flanders though i mean he certainly is wearing this time around the sweater so that's really
04:32the closest thing we have right now not a ski tight ski suit but skin tight ski suits but instead
04:38we get ourselves his trademark green sweater and pink colored top underneath i mean it's ripped at
04:43the seams well i guess it's more ripped at the sleeves he's got torn tattered sleeves there on the
04:47top torn ripped pants down below there as well and now he's sporting a tail for those that don't
04:54follow the cartoon all that much ned flanders doesn't generally have a tail in the back of his body
04:58somebody's like really he never did has to go back and start like popping in the old vhs tapes
05:02just to rewind to scenes where we look at the back side of flanders oh no he's right he's right
05:08there was no ever tail there was no tail on the back of ned flanders see i told you the
05:13tail does
05:14look like it's got posability although when i am moving it doesn't really feel like there's a whole
05:18lot that budges on it the face sculpt though for uh werewolf flanders does look really good as well i
05:23like that he's got they got him howling at the at the moon now i i don't think that i
05:29would i would
05:29think really of the two characters that flanders is in this episode trios war 10 i believe i don't
05:34think like this this one's a little bit more exciting than him as the fisherman i mean yeah
05:38the fisherman does have him wearing of course the things from i know what you did last summer
05:41but i think like werewolf flanders looks a little bit cooler the plastic is shiny but i mean i think
05:47by now like most of the simpsons figures from jacks have generally been
05:50a shinier plastic like this i like the look of his eyes of course he's despite really being furry
05:56like this i like the flanders still managed to pull off a mustache granted though the mustache isn't
06:01meeting in the middle it's parting off on the sides but paint looks really good though on the teeth
06:06look good also on the tongue as well it's really fun fun looking figure i have one issue though with
06:12him and that's the way they designed his legs first of all though it's hard to really make out his
06:18belt because the way they designed the body he sort of is hunched over like this so it's always
06:23really hiding his belt you could still rotate his torso but with not having a ball joint here his
06:30belt always seems like it almost feels like the top of his body is pushed too far down that that's
06:34a small thing that's really not the thing i was going to be complaining about it's right here
06:38the tops of his thighs in order to have him kind of in a crouched pose which what i'd be
06:44believing would be the reason that they would want to have this figure really displayed on your shelf
06:48they have sort of kind of dictated this by the posing and by having a gap space like this if
06:54you
06:54have the legs straight there's a lot of air that gets in there and it looks out of place so
07:00if you
07:01are somebody that would want to have your figure standing straight it's going to look a little bit
07:05of an eyesore because he's now got these gaps right above his thighs you know i think that the idea
07:10the logic in mind probably was that jacks wanted you to have him posed like this where he's always
07:15kind of crunched forward when you do it like this you'd never really notice that he's going to have
07:19those spaces and that's probably why those spaces are there just to allot for a little bit of extra
07:24posability and bent like the look of his furry feet figure does technically also have pickles on the
07:29bottoms of those oof don't get too close to a werewolf's feet but he does technically have pickles even
07:36though really the figure doesn't come included with the display stand nails look good also as well
07:40he's he's good and furry colors look great on him as well he's a great looking figure for the
07:45posability though on werewolf flanders we'll start things first with his head normally i wouldn't
07:49really advocate that getting as close to first of all his bad breath or also his teeth i guess
07:54probably the teeth are more of a dangerous thing than his breath somebody right now says you haven't
07:58smelled his breath i'm not going to smell his breath his head is going to be on a ball joint
08:03so i mean
08:04right away if i just kind of move it my hand out of the way this head already is on
08:08a ball joint so
08:09it can do basically what all the ball joints would normally allot them so you have to rotate the head
08:13all the way around you can move it up and down you can also move it back and forth just
08:16only a little
08:17bit but then he also has a ball joint here up and down back and forth this already is a
08:22lot more than
08:23traditional jack specific simpsons figures that if anything are normally normally known for only just
08:28rotating back and forth his arms do rotate all the way around you can hinge them out as well
08:33he has a swivel and they very smartly hit this the swivel right past the seam or right past the
08:40sleeve so it's actually in there where you're rotating and doing all that on all the arm
08:44movement he does also have for arm movement a hinge back and forth for his elbow hands rotate all
08:49the way around there is a hinge there too so technically it's not just that the hand rotates
08:53all the way around you can also hinge them back and forth as well waist swivel again the tail does

09:00it just it feels like there's something holding the tail back and it's no it's not it's not my
09:05fingers but it does feel like the tail is a little stubborn but there is a ball joint at least

09:10see there's a ball joint allowing the tail to do a little bit of movement and again we've already
09:14looked at the fact that like yeah the legs move forward and back you can split them out only by

09:18little bit but he really doesn't look all that great when you have him standing straight like this
09:23lots of air free air conditioning is getting in there getting in there getting in where
09:27whoa and in there so again like i would really recommend if you're picking this figure up it's
09:33probably best just for a cosmetic look of the character to always kind of really have his legs
09:37bent and then you're really not going to notice so much the fact he's going to have these big open
09:42slots big open gap spaces right there the knees do bend not really much in the way of movement back
09:48and forth for the legs but he does however have ankle pivot up and down and ankle rocker i guess
09:55ankle pivot ankle rocker good looking figure i really like the look of werewolf flanders if it wasn't
10:00already for the fact that i already had plans to display this guy always crouched down like this i
10:06think it would probably bother me more the fact that his legs look the way that they do i mean

10:12it had to be a sacrifice that jacks had to made in order to get the legs to do this

10:17jacks figures like even if we look at sexy flanders sexy flanders doesn't have that space let's not
10:23get too close to things but i don't think it really moves nearly as much as werewolf flanders so they
10:28had to kind of give a little bit more allotted space to get this guy in some different looking
10:32poses uh as said already we're going to be also looking at some of the other jack specific trios of
10:37horror figures um the only one i'm still trying to track down is bart the fly but i actually picked
10:42this one up from the facebook marketplace they seem to be quite scarce quite scarce indeed here
10:47in canada but pop by the toy man actually had a whole bunch of these right now and i picked
10:52up uh
10:53i picked up the vampire crusty a clown and i also picked up um grim reaper homer i don't know
10:58i was
10:58drawing such a blank for that it's a good looking figure i don't know necessarily it needs to really
11:03have the sign i guess again if he's all for the idea of full moons all the time full moons

11:08somebody comes around and says no full moons probably not a good idea to be telling a guy
11:13that's already currently turned into a werewolf now lately i've been going on my foggy jog around
11:19the facebook marketplace to pick up a lot of my figures but you'd be happy to know as well that
11:23jack specific trios of horrors have now started to circulate on online sites that generally are
11:28stocking jacks in the first place that is where right now you get werewolf flanders that could also
11:33be the place too where you get yourself vampire crusty a grim reaper homer and bart the fly
11:39i might end up maybe going that route because i one of the other options that i have available
11:44presented in front of me amazon amazon did list a bart the fly but they were listing it for
11:49like 75 dollars who's mathing that because if you look at the price of what bart the fly would be
11:55on online sites that are stocking these trios four figures he goes for like 26 to 27 dollars i can
12:02convert that and i can still tell you i don't think 25 to 26 dollars converts anywhere near to 70

12:13feel like i'm going to be mauled by having these inflated prices maybe not mauled as much as def
12:19flanders was getting mauled by a werewolf i guess it was just a regular wolf while he was going for
12:24his foggy jog i would never first of all go for a foggy jog out in the middle of the
12:27woods well i
12:28probably wouldn't go for a jog anyways out in the woods who knows what's creeping and lurking behind
12:32those bushes what i do like though at least that jacks has done for their treehouse of horror entries
12:37is that they haven't generally picked the characters that by now everybody has picked
12:41king homer always seems to be one that companies tend to tackle playmates did that i guess super
12:46seven really didn't do that super seven certainly did do a quite a failure for their devil flanders
12:52he couldn't even stand on his own playmates has done the devil flanders super seven failed with
12:57their flanders at least with this flanders they didn't do the the go-to the the staple devil
13:02flanders instead they decided to go with something a little bit different and they went with a
13:06werewolf instead that's also quite different too when we looked at the vampire we will be looking
13:11at the vampire crusty and also grim ripper homer not tends to be characters that people usually pluck
13:16when it comes to like horror themed simpsons figures jack specific seems to be picking from a different
13:21pile and i'm glad that they are what do you guys think of werewolf flanders oh worth picking up
