R29 tests the Click N' Curl on Beauty Test Lab.
Transcript
00:08Hey guys it's Tara from Refinery29 and today in the beauty test lab I am going to try out the
00:14click and curl set. A lot of times backstage at fashion week especially or sometimes in the salon
00:19you'll see hair stylists give someone a blowout and leave a bunch of brushes in their hair to set
00:25all of the curls so they'll roll it up leave the brush and do it again so a girl has
00:29a head full
00:30of brushes. This is supposed to do the same thing but you actually can detach the roller from the
00:36brush so you end up with a head of roller so let's see if it works. The instructions say to
00:40start with
00:40clean and towel dried hair and you're just supposed to blow dry as you would normally blow dry and then
00:47at the end you just roll the hair right up onto the brush and release the end so that the
00:53roller
00:53stays in your hair. Click. Come on little guy. Okay. I've set my head with the rollers that I have.
01:02I'm
01:02on to my last one. You can actually buy a booster set with extra rollers so you can set your
01:07whole
01:08head. I don't have that which is fine because it's really where I want to get most of the bodies
01:12up
01:12here anyway so I'm just going to blow out the rest of my hair using this normally and then we're
01:17going to let out the hair that's been set and see if it all comes together. Okay so this is
01:24the finished
01:25look and I think it looks pretty good. This was pretty easy to use. I didn't feel like the rollers
01:30held my hair super tightly and it was a little bit difficult to get the hair onto the rollers but
01:36obviously it turned out okay so I'm pretty happy with it. If you already have blowout scales which I do
01:42not you would like this even more so I definitely recommend it.
