1. Prime eyelids with eyeshadow primer 2. Apply base eyeshadow shade 3. Apply yellow pigment or eyeshadow to the inner corners of your eye 4. Apply highlighter shade next to yellow 5. Apply Blue shade next to the highlighter 6. Blend shadows together 7. Now line upper lid and waterline with black eyeliner 8. Using the yellow shadow or pigment, extend the yellow down to the waterline 9. Using the blue shadow, repeat step 8 and connect the blue and yellow shadow 10. Apply Mascara to finish the look
