Two Step Smoky

1) Take a liner and apply a thick coat across the lid close to the lash line 2) Apply liner to lower lid lash line 3) Take a brush and blend in liner starting at the crease 4) Go back over the eyes with a black shadow and blend 5) Apply mascara
