00:03Happy Holidays! It is December, which means that we are knee-deep in the holiday season,
00:08and ABC is gonna start playing Harry Potter reruns the best time of year.
00:14I've been collecting a lot of gift guides over the past few weeks.
00:18I've been trying them all, and I've come up with a comprehensive list of things that I wanted to recommend
00:24to you guys.
00:25I decided to break them all up into sections divided by budget.
00:30The first section is under $25, the second is under $50, and the third is under $150.
00:38So let's start with the under $25 portion, and the first product that I want to show you is very
00:43exciting.
00:43This is the C'est Moi Visual Artist Makeup Crayon Set.
00:48This one is $25.49, which I know is 49 cents over budget, but it is a really good set.
00:55I wanted to show it to you anyway.
00:57So I discovered this brand, I want to say six months ago, and I was really surprised that each of
01:03these crayons cost under $10,
01:04and they have a lot of really fun shades.
01:07These are just like a sampler set of all the colors, but they have like lavenders, pinks, and everything like
01:11that.
01:11This is a really good set for anyone who wants to dabble in color, but maybe wants something that's easy
01:18to use.
01:18So it's a jumbo crayon.
01:20You can just sharpen them when you need.
01:21You can do all over the lid work with it.
01:23You can just line your eyes with it.
01:25They last a pretty long time.
01:26The shade range is really good.
01:28So next up is hair, and this is the Way Three-Way Kit.
01:32It costs $25, and it comes with three kind of smaller versions of their wave spray, their volume spray, and
01:39their dry texture foam.
01:41I have had the same wave spray for a year, and I'm only just now getting to the end of
01:47it.
01:47So this stuff is really good.
01:49The volume spray you would put into wet hair, and it would just give you a little more volume once
01:52it's dried.
01:53The dry texture foam is really great to put in dry hair when you want to just zhuzh it up.
01:57It comes with a few little hair pins, too, that you can help section your hair when you're styling it.
02:01So very good.
02:02I'm a big fan of Way, and this is a really good starter kit for anyone who wants to be
02:05introduced to the brand.
02:07The final product in the under 25 section is this little kit from NARS.
02:12$22.
02:13It's called the Wanted Power Pack Lip Kit.
02:16Hands down, my favorite liquid lipstick that I've tried in the past year or so is probably the NARS Power
02:23Matte Lip Pigment.
02:25These are little mini versions of them.
02:27There is the nude set, which comes with two nude lipsticks, and then there's also the red version, which comes
02:35with two shades of red that honestly are pretty similar.
02:41There's a pink-toned red and then a more orange-toned red, but if you're a big red lipstick wearer,
02:46you'll probably really love it.
02:47This lipstick formula is so good.
02:50It has a really nice, precise doe foot applicator.
02:53It's very comfortable.
02:54It doesn't feel drying.
02:57It's just very, very good.
02:58So now we're moving on to the under $50 section, and the first thing I have is this kit from
03:05Milk.
03:06Now, this is called Milk Meet the Fan.
03:08I am a really big fan of Milk in general as a brand.
03:12I've used them a ton of times on this channel before.
03:15This has a bunch of different little mini versions of their popular stick products.
03:21So there's a cooling, the cooling water, which is like a roll-on serum toner.
03:26There's a watermelon serum, and then we're getting to the good stuff, the makeup.
03:30Milk makes really good stick bronzers, blushes, highlighters.
03:34They're really big.
03:36They're like deodorant size.
03:39These are the cutest little sample sizes.
03:43I almost feel like I prefer them to the large size because, again, they're so great for travel,
03:47and this is still a lot of product.
03:51Your cheekbones are so tiny.
03:52It's going to take you months, years to finish this.
03:56It comes with their lit highlighter, which is a beautiful little champagne-y gold.
04:02Their holographic stick highlighter in Supernova, which is their purple-y iridescent highlighter.
04:08Their blush, which I love.
04:11It's the lip and cheek blush in Ork, with an E.
04:16And then finally, this is their blur stick, which is a silicone-free blurring primer.
04:21I know they're small, but I'm telling you that that stuff is going to last you a very long time,
04:25and it comes in at $39, which I think is a really good price to try a ton of their
04:32items
04:33and find out what you really like before you go in and buy the full sizes.
04:36Next up on the makeup front is this kit from Stila.
04:39It's the Aura Alight Glitter and Glow Highlighter and Liquid Eyeshadow Set.
04:44And it has one, two, three, four, five, six of their Glitter and Glow shadows,
04:49which are some of my favorite liquid glitter formulations on the market.
04:54They last a long time.
04:55They're super glittery, and they dry down matte.
04:57So they're not going to be sliding all over your lid.
04:59They're not going to get underneath your eye.
05:01They're really quality shadows, and they're pretty pigmented, too.
05:04And this one has a good array of different colors.
05:06It has a silver, some coppery tones, a really beautiful purple,
05:10like a nice white diamond kind of color.
05:12It retails for $45, which an individual like Stila, like a full size of them,
05:18is going to run you like $24, and you're getting six of them in here.
05:22And I think it's going to take you a long time to get through one of these.
05:25I mean, they're not that small. Look.
05:27My eye for scale.
05:31And finally, in the under-50 section, I have something that I'm very excited about.
05:36Look at this! It is so cute.
05:39This is the Glow Recipe gift set.
05:41It comes in this adorable pink acrylic bag that I am definitely going to wear.
05:48So I'll take some pictures of me wearing this bag as a normal bag,
05:51and I'll slap them up here so you can see how I styled it.
05:54But it is the cutest little thing.
05:56It has all of their watermelon products in it.
05:59This is their watermelon sleeping mask, which is an amazing mask.
06:03It smells so good.
06:05It smells like watermelon.
06:06And it has a lot of, like, gentle acids in it to help exfoliate the face,
06:11but it's also still very hydrating, so it's not going to leave your face red.
06:14It's not going to leave your face irritated.
06:16It's a really luxurious mask.
06:17And this is a pretty big size of it.
06:19This, on your left, on my right here, wait a second.
06:24On the other side, there's the Watermelon Pink Juice Moisturizer, which is a very lightweight,
06:30almost serum-like moisturizer.
06:32For my skin, or anyone who would probably have, like, combination dry skin,
06:37it's probably not going to be enough to be your sole moisturizer.
06:41I use it more as, like, a hydrating serum before, like, a thicker moisturizer or an oil.
06:46Really nice as well.
06:47And then finally, there is the Jelly Sheet Mask, which is a hydrating and soothing mask.
06:52The jelly texture is really nice, calming on the skin.
06:56My producer did also point out that it kind of looks like a Bratz doll bag,
06:59or just generally any Polly Pocket.
07:01It's just really, really cute.
07:03And all of this is $40, which I think is just, like, you get a bag!
07:09So, moving right along to under $150.
07:13Now, this is the bigger spending section, obviously.
07:17Like, for when you want to treat yourself, slash, when you want to give a gift to someone
07:21that you really, really like.
07:23This first item is the Drunk Elephant The Littles Set, another skincare find.
07:28I love Drunk Elephant.
07:30It's one of my favorite skincare lines.
07:33And they always come out with a kit during the holiday season that's a really good way
07:38to try out some of their products before you buy the full size.
07:41The Night Serum, this fella right here, is my favorite product from the line.
07:46It's a gentle night serum that has AHAs, BHAs, like, just gentle acids in it.
07:50It really helps in terms of brightening the skin.
07:53It helps with acne.
07:54It's just a great serum.
07:55But it costs $90.
07:57And that is a lot for one serum, especially if you don't know that you like it.
08:03So, you can spend the same amount of money, and you get a ton of stuff.
08:06You get the hydration serum, sunscreen, eye cream, you get a brightening vitamin C serum,
08:13a moisturizer, and an oil.
08:15All that, one kit, not bad.
08:17So, I also wanted to include some tools in this gift guide.
08:20This is the Sigma Make Me Classy set.
08:24It comes in a cool little travel size case.
08:26And there are a ton of brushes in here that you can pretty much do your entire face with it.
08:32So, if you're gonna give this to someone, or if you're asking someone to give this to you,
08:36you pretty much have your entire face full of brushes in here.
08:38It's $125, which I know is a hit, but the Sigma brushes last a really long time.
08:45They wash really well.
08:45They don't shed.
08:46I don't know.
08:47Our brush is boring.
08:48I don't think so.
08:49When I get a new brush, I'm like so excited to use it.
08:52Having good tools makes such a difference in your makeup application.
08:56And having a good set of like nice eye brushes, like nice face brushes can make putting on your makeup
09:02so much more fun too.
09:03Last but not least, we have this set from Nest.
09:09It's the Birchwood Pine Candle and Diffuser Set.
09:13And this is my favorite holiday scent ever.
09:19Because it reminds me of when I was an intern here at a refinery like three years ago.
09:25My editor, who I admire and love.
09:28Hi Megan.
09:29She got this candle and told me that it was her favorite scent.
09:32And me being the copycat that I am, adopted it and made it my favorite scent.
09:37It's a really nice warm pine, like obviously it's a birchy pine scent.
09:43But it has a very warm like smoky feel to it too.
09:46The whole set retails for $74.
09:48And you get a full size candle and a full size diffuser.
09:51The candle retails for $42.
09:52And the diffuser retails for $48.
09:55So you are saving some money there.
09:56It's a great gift for like family members.

10:04Like opening the box, I was just transported to when the first time that I went to her apartment to

10:10And I was like, your apartment smells so good.
10:12You're such an adult.

10:15It was amazing.
10:16I know that not everyone is willing to spend $74 on products that are going to fragrance your home.
10:22But I think it's really nice to like walk into a home and it smells really nice and it really
10:26puts you in the mood.
10:27So even if you don't want to spend all that money on a candle, which I don't blame you.
10:32I hope there's other stuff in this gift guide that you do think is worth trying out.
