00:16to update a favorite fall classic lip look on my beautiful model, Taylor. So one of my favorite
00:21fall lip trends is the very stained lip. You'll have an easier time creating this lip trend if
00:26you work with matte products. So I'm starting off with a great liquid lipstick and a beautiful
00:31kind of a berry. Apply it all over the lips. If you start off with a smaller amount of product,
00:37you'll be able to layer and create like a sheer stain. With it being a matte, a little bit goes
00:43a long way. Using this as her lip liner, you can really control that application if you have a good
00:49lip brush, something that's oval and flat. And then we'll go in with a stain to add that kind of
00:54berry
00:54pop. Stains are great because you can use them on the cheek, you can use them on the lip. So
00:58I tend
00:58to just add that right in the center of the lip. We're going to show you how to add a
01:04twist by taking
01:05that deep burgundy color that you see in the lip and adding it to her eyes. Deep burgundy is the
01:10new
01:10black for liner. So this is one of my favorite products by Stila. It's a smudge stick. We're
01:15going to apply it right at her lash line. Before it dries, I'll take a small brush, like a liner
01:20brush,
01:21and buff it right into the eyelid. This will give you just a really sultry kind of nod to the
01:26smoky
01:26eye, but keeping it in that same burgundy tone makes it modern. I love how this just warms up
01:31Taylor's skin tone as well. That wine color, it doesn't fade out into a tint of pink if your color
01:38is too light. It could make you look a little bit tired. So with this one, having that really rich,
01:44almost that black base makes this work just as it would a dark brown or a black. And then just
01:48finish
01:49off with a couple coats of mascara. So now you can see by taking the lip color and bringing
01:54it into the eyes and using it as her eyeliner color, it really adds like an unexpected cool
01:59update and fresh effect to her beauty look. And she's ready for fall.
