00:08Hi, I'm Sarah Lucero and I'm a Stila Pro makeup artist. I'm here to show you how to create the
00:13perfect rose gold beauty look for summer. Rose gold is the most universally flattering color.
00:19It works on every skin tone and it brings out and boosts your natural radiance. I'm starting
00:24off the look with skin. I like to mix an illuminating beauty balm mixed with a bronze
00:28beauty balm. I'm using this as her foundation. You don't want to see it, you just want to
00:32have it be that sheer veil of color. So I tend to keep it more in the t-zone because
00:36I'm also
00:37warming up her skin. Now my secret to really boost the skin and get her glowing is mixing
00:42convertible color by Stila. It's a great cream blush that can be used on the cheeks and the lips.
00:46Since we're going with the rose gold look, I wanted to warm her up using an orange and a neutral.
00:50I use my fingertips and I warm up the product in my hands and you just tap it right where
00:55you would
00:55put your blush. I'm not rubbing because then that tends to make your cheeks red. Frigid nose,
01:01this will pull it all together so it looks natural. You can also use this on the lips. I'm using
01:05more
01:05of the gladiola which is the brighter orange and this is going to tone down Gabrielle's natural lip
01:10tone. I like to start with the cheeks and lips and then move to the eyes because I won't overdo
01:15the
01:15eyes if this is done. The key here with the rose gold eyes, you want to start with a veil
01:20of color.
01:21Choose something with a bit of shimmer or pearl and just use it all over the lid. This
01:25secret will help you blend any other color that you put over it. I start at the lower lid and
01:29deposit my brush first because that's where most of the product will grab and then just blend upward.
01:35You can put a little extra right in the center and you can brighten up in the inner corner.
01:39Now to intensify around Gabrielle's lash line, I'm going to use an eye shadow and I'm going to
01:43spray it with a little water first to intensify the color and I'm choosing that gorgeous bronzy rose gold
01:49tone. We're using this as her shadow and liner. Take that same color and wrap it right under her lower
01:55lash line. And as the brush dries, it blends out the color so it's edgeless. The last step to this
02:01rose gold
02:02look is adding mascara to really make the eye pop. So I'm going to use a black mascara and since
02:08we're
02:08not doing a lot of eyeliner, it's important to do mascara on the lower lashes and just tint them
02:13using a brush. So there you have it. This is a very simple, easy way to create a low maintenance
02:19rose gold look for summer.
