00:25for summer I would love to show you a bold bright lip and how to wear that
00:29really easily cool good let's do it all right I'm using a lip pencil and that's
00:34going to help the bold bright lip stay in place and give us kind of more of a
00:38fashion edge hold it like a pencil and use the whole edge catching it right on
00:43to the lip and I'm using a pencil color that's close to the lip shade that has a
00:47bit of a blue tone and the brightness to it and so everyone should choose a lip
00:52color that works for them next I'm using a matte long wear lip color and I'm using
00:57a lip brush to apply it and the trick with bold bright colors is to start in
01:02the center of the lip and really kind of use your brush to make sure that you're
01:07getting your color where you need it one of the things that I like to do is use
01:10the edge of the brush to go in and get my definition just to bring in some
01:15balance I'm bringing a blonde brow gel right through the entire brow that will
01:21help keep your brow in place all summer long but also give it a fun beachy feel
