00:08Hey guys, it's Megan, I'm in the Beauty Test Lab today trying out It Cosmetics new Tight
00:12Line Black Mascara Primer.
00:15This is a mascara primer that's meant to get all those tiny little lashes and really enhance
00:20and make your fringe look fuller.
00:21So I'm going to go ahead and give it a try.
00:23The key with this is to make sure, and really with any mascara you're using, is that you
00:27get right up into the lash line.
00:29So I'm going in here and I'm wiggling right at the root of the lash.
00:37This is what's adding that thickness and gives my lashes the appearance of being fuller.
00:44So wiggle and sweep.
00:47The great thing about this brush is that if your lashes start sticking together as mine
00:51are right now, you can use the end of it to kind of define and push them aside so they
00:55don't look all clumpy and spidery and Tammy Faye Baker-esque.
00:58You can see the difference here between the eye that I put the primer on and no primer.
01:02They definitely look thicker on this side.
01:04You can go ahead and add mascara on top of this.
01:07Personally for me, I don't like to add a lot of mascara.
01:10I like just more a defined look, but I'm going to go ahead and show you guys just so you
01:13can see how much more amplified it gets when you add the mascara on.
01:16I think this look is a little too clumpy personally for me, but some women like that look.
01:20I prefer a little bit more definition like I have on my left eye, so you know, it's really
01:25up to you.
01:26Everyone has their own personal lash preference.
01:28The other cool thing about the Tightline is that it has a conditioning formula and that
01:32means it has proteins, peptides, biotin, and vitamins, so it nourishes and protects the
01:37lashes while it's enhancing them.
01:39Like I said, I really enjoy the look just on its own, but it's great that this is customizable
01:44and you can kind of pick and choose what kind of definition you want to go for.
