00:13Waterproof Top Coat for Mascara.
00:15And basically what it is is just a top coat that you put on over your regular mascara to turn
00:20it waterproof.
00:21So you can use it if you've already put your mascara on for the day and it's raining outside, you
00:25don't have an umbrella, whatever.
00:26It's a quick fix you can throw on, so let's try it out.
00:30And I noticed that there are two different sets of bristles.
00:34There is a short bristle for application and then longer bristles for brushing it out.
00:43Okay, so now all of the top coat is on.
00:46I'm going to give it about two minutes to dry and then I'm going to test out whether it's actually
00:49waterproof.
00:52We're going to fake tears with a spray bottle.
00:55So I'm just going to spray it on the mascara and see if it holds.
01:00Okay, so it looks like all the mascara stayed on my eyelashes where it's supposed to.
01:05None of it came off anywhere on my face or around my eyes like it normally does when I'm crying
01:10at weddings or during commercials.
01:12So I'm going to give this a pass.
01:14It's $10 at Ulta, which is a little bit more than I normally spend on mascara.
01:18I prefer the $5 drugstore variety, but I definitely think it's worth it because it can extend the life of
01:24your mascara and you can stick with the brand that you know and love and still keep it waterproof.
