00:16waterproof mascara just by putting it on top so I'm gonna try it out and see what
00:19happens. Oh so as you can see it's very skinny even if you have teeny tiny
00:24lashes it should work great. What I'm gonna do is put it on one eye and then
00:29I'm gonna spray my face with water and we're gonna see if it makes any
00:33difference. Okay here I go. So as you can see it's not perfectly waterproof but it
00:43is a huge improvement on my mascara alone which is pretty solidly raccoon-y. I
00:49definitely feel like if I needed to have a really good cry I could do it
00:52confidently wearing this waterproof top coat.
