00:04Hi, I'm Annie Georgia Greenberg, New York editor of Refinery29, and today I'm testing
00:09out the two-phase, three-way lash lining tool. It retails for $22 at Sephora, and the idea
00:16is that because it has three fine points, it'll give you a steady and continuous line, even
00:22in between your lashes. So I wear a liquid liner almost every day, and usually I start
00:27with the outside corners and work in, so let's see how this one's different.
00:32So the feel of this liquid liner pen, to me, feels very similar to others. It's a little
00:40thinner, or maybe that's just the triple fine points talking. I'm trying to have a steady
00:47hand as possible, but it's pretty easy to apply. I liked using the Too Faced three-way lash
00:53lining tool. It did give me a pretty continuous line on both of my eyelids. I think I do need
00:59a little bit more practice, because it is, because it's so thin, it gets a little wobbly
01:05and unruly. The only question mark I have is about the price. I think $22 is kind of a lot
01:12for a liner. I'm sure that you can get some cheaper version at the drugstore, but if you're
01:17looking for a nice new liner, this could be it. It's not revolutionary, but it definitely
01:23works. So I'm going to give this product a pass.
