00:56all to do with the plate of deviled eggs that i dropped on the ground when the company was over
01:00and i put back on the plate i picked off whatever hairs and what was lint was lying on them

01:11can we just like move on from this moving on what i thought was going to be a dead franchise
01:15i didn't expect to have any news to announce that there was going to be new jack specific simpsons
01:20figures and yet lo and behold look what they've dug up from the ground perfectly timed as well that
01:25we're going to be looking at this during the month of spottober in fact a whole bunch of brand new
01:29treehouse of horror figures starting first with werewolf flanders who speaking of deviled eggs that
01:34were covered in hair i mean this man is just covered in hair we're going to go and get things
01:38going with
01:38taking the tape measure first figuring out that devil i've got to say devil flanders that's another
01:43flanders werewolf flanders stands five inches he's also going to be standing around 12 and a half
01:48centimeters tall i would have said this was the only time that we got ourselves a furry flanders but that
01:52technically isn't true kid robot back in the day of releasing their trios of horror series 2 minis
01:57did release a rare blind box vinyl figure of flanders where he was actually flocked back in also 2002
02:03burger king released the creepy classics toy line fast food premiums from that episode as well although
02:08they didn't have flanders as a werewolf they had flanders as the fisherman i say that because it's
02:13somewhat rather ironic that the only other figure of this scale from jack specific happens to be stupid
02:20sexy flanders we sure yeah did get a smaller flanders but if you prefer to have your figures
02:25with more posability packed in them then obviously we all really want a regular flanders you got to
02:30make that happen jack specific here's also what the figure looks like with a sick homer who has by this
02:35point eaten i think almost all of the quite and we fully have to assess the fact that that sub

02:40quite spoiled by this point homer i think is also a good stand-in too if you really want to

02:45shinning homer i don't know what likelihood there would be that we might get a jack specific tree
02:49house for shinning homer here's some of the other offerings that we also got speaking of homer we got
02:54a homer kong too small yeah it is rather too small there is technically also a plush version of homer

03:05i'm quite impressed the fact that jacks does include a little well it's a full moon but really to be

03:15front of it it's supposed to i think ideally stand really behind of werewolf flanders i think it looks
03:20a little silly myself but at least technically he could say that he comes with an accessory it's not
03:24like he's going to come included with the big wolf that attacks him while he's going out for his foggy
03:29jog um for yeah again like there's no nothing at all you can really remove i guess you could
03:34technically remove this but really it's not like he's going to be carrying around the sign with him
03:38showing everybody he i guess he's if he was protesting he's protesting for more moons more
03:45moons not less moons because if it was less moons it really would have like a no moons no full

03:50sign he's all fully advocating a full moon all the time uh let's go ahead before we forget things put
03:57it back on the display stand and just move it off to the side i like really the look of

04:02flanders i think honestly the ones that we the ones at least i have picked up this is probably going

04:07be one of my personal favorites i i love really the look of werewolf flanders this wave also does
04:12consist of i think like the death what was it like the grim reaper homer there is also vampire crusty
04:18and there is bart the fly which i think also bart the fly was at one point a convention exclusive

04:23specific may have since then circulated them back out for werewolf flanders though i mean he certainly
04:30is wearing this time around the sweater so that's really the closest thing we have right now
04:34not a ski tight ski suit but skin tight ski suits but instead we get ourselves his trademark green
04:40sweater and pink colored top underneath i mean it's ripped at the seams well i guess it's more
04:44ripped at the sleeves he's got torn tattered sleeves there on the top torn ripped pants down below there
04:50as well and now he's sporting a tail for those that don't follow the cartoon all that much ned flanders
04:56doesn't generally have a tail in the back of his body somebody's like really he never did has to go
05:00back and start like popping in the old vhs tapes just to rewind to scenes where we look at the
05:03backside of flanders oh no he's right he's right there was no ever tail there was no tail on the
05:11back of ned flanders see i told you the tail does look like it's got posability although when i am
05:17moving it it doesn't really feel like there's a whole lot that budges on it the face sculpt though
05:21for uh werewolf flanders does look really good as well i like that he's got they got him howling at
05:26the
05:26at the moon now i i don't think that i would i would think really of the two characters that
05:30flanders is in this episode trios war 10 i believe i don't think like this this one's a little bit

05:36exciting than him as the fisherman i mean yeah the fisherman does have him wearing of course the
05:40things from i know what you did last summer but i think like werewolf flanders looks a little bit
05:44cooler the plastic is shiny but i mean i think by now like most of the simpsons figures from jacks
05:49have generally been a shinier plastic like this i like the look of his eyes of course he's despite
05:55really being furry like this i like the flanders still managed to pull off a mustache granted though
06:01the mustache isn't meeting in the middle it's parting off on the sides but paint looks really
06:05good though on the teeth look good also on the tongue as well it's really fun fun looking figure
06:11i have one issue though with him and that's the way they designed his legs first of all though it's
06:17hard
06:17to really make out his belt because the way they designed the body he sort of is hunched over like
06:22this so it's always really hiding his belt you could still rotate his torso but with not having
06:29a ball joint here his belt always seems like it almost feels like the top of his body is pushed
06:33too far down that that's a small thing that's really not the thing i was going to be complaining
06:36about it's right here the tops of his thighs in order to have him kind of in a crouched pose
06:43which what i'd be believing would be the reason that they wouldn't want to have this figure really
06:47displayed on your shelf they have sort of kind of dictated this by the posing and by having a gap
06:53space like this if you have the legs straight there's a lot of air that gets in there and it
06:59looks out of place so if you are somebody that would want to have your figure standing straight
07:03it's going to look a little bit of an eyesore because he's now got these gaps right above his
07:08thighs no i think that the idea the logic in mind probably was that jacks wanted you to have him

07:13like this where he's always kind of crunched forward when you do it like this you'd never
07:18really notice that he's going to have those spaces and that's probably why those spaces are there
07:22just to allot for a little bit of extra posability and bent like the look of his furry feet figure

07:28technically also have piggles on the bottoms of those oof don't get too close to a werewolf's feet
07:34but he does technically have piggles even though really the figure doesn't come included with the
07:38display stand nails look good also as well he's good and furry colors look great on him as well
07:43he's a great looking figure for the possibility though on werewolf flanders we'll start things
07:47first with his head normally i wouldn't really advocate that getting as close to first of all
07:51his bad breath or also his teeth i guess probably the teeth are more of a dangerous thing than his
07:56breath somebody right now says you haven't smelled his breath i'm not going to smell his breath his
08:01head is going to be on a ball joint so i mean right away if i just kind of move
08:06it my hand out of
08:07the way this head already is on a ball joint so it can do basically what all the ball joints
08:11would
08:11normally allot them so you can have to rotate the head all the way around you can move it up
08:15and
08:15down you can also move it back and forth just only a little bit but then he also has a
08:19ball joint here
08:19up and down back and forth this already is a lot more than traditional jack specific simpsons figures
08:25that if anything are normally normally known for only just rotating back and forth his arms do rotate
08:31all the way around you can hinge them out as well he has a swivel and they very smartly hid

08:37the swivel right past the seam or right past the sleeve so it's actually in there where you're
08:42rotating and doing all that on all the arm movement he does also have for arm movement a hinge back
08:47and
08:47forth for his elbow hands rotate all the way around there is a hinge there too so technically it's not
08:52just that the hand rotates all the way around you can also hinge them back and forth as well waist

08:58again the tail does move it just it feels like there's something holding the tail back and it's no it's

09:04it's not my fingers but it does feel like the tail is a little stubborn but there is a ball

09:09least i can see there's a ball joint allowing the tail to do a little bit of movement and again

09:14already looked at the fact that like yeah the legs move forward and back you can split them out only
09:18by a little bit but he really doesn't look all that great when you have him standing straight like this
09:23lots of air free air conditioning is getting in there getting in there getting in where oh and in there
09:30so again like i would really recommend if you're picking this figure up it's probably best just for
09:34cosmetic look of the character to always kind of really have his legs bent and you're really not
09:39going to notice so much the fact he's going to have these big open slots big open gap spaces right
09:44there the knees do bend not really much in the way of movement back and forth for the legs but
09:49he does
09:50however have ankle pivot up and down and ankle rocker i guess ankle pivot ankle rocker good looking
09:57figure i really like the look of werewolf flanders if it wasn't already for the fact that i already had
10:02plans to display this guy always crouched down like this i think it would probably bother me more
10:08the fact that his legs look the way that they do i mean i think it had to be a
10:13sacrifice that jacks had
10:14to made in order to get the legs to do this because normal jacks figures like even if we look
10:18at sexy
10:19flanders sexy flanders doesn't have that space let's not get too close to things but i don't think it
10:25really moves nearly as much as werewolf flanders so they had to kind of give a little bit more
10:30allotted space to get this guy in some different looking poses uh as said already we're going to
10:35be also looking at some of the other jack specific trios of horror figures um the only one i'm still
10:39trying to track down is bart the fly but i actually picked this one up from the facebook marketplace
10:43they seem to be quite scarce quite scarce indeed here in canada but pop by the toy man
10:50actually had a whole bunch of these right now and i picked up uh i picked up the vampire crusty
10:54clown and i also picked up um green reaper homer i don't know i was drawing such a blank for
10:59that
10:59it's a good looking figure i don't know necessarily it needs to really have the sign i guess again if
11:04he's all for the idea of full moons all the time full moons full moons somebody comes around and says
11:10no full moons probably not a good idea to be telling a guy that's already currently turned into
11:14a werewolf now lately i've been going on my foggy jog around the facebook marketplace to pick up a lot
11:21of my figures but you'd be happy to know as well that jack specific trios of horrors have now started
11:25to circulate on online sites that generally are stocking jacks in the first place that is where
11:31right now you get werewolf flanders that could also be the place too where you get yourself vampire
11:35crusty a grim reaper homer and bart the fly i might end up maybe going that route because i one
11:42of the
11:42other options that i have available presented in front of me amazon amazon did list a bart the fly but
11:48they were listing it for like 75 who's mapping that because if you look at the price of what
11:54bart the fly would be on online sites that are stocking these trios four figures he goes for like
12:0026 to 27 i can convert that and i can still tell you i don't think 25 to 26 converts
12:06anywhere near to
12:0770 75 amazon has the benefit i can get this in the next couple of days but the flip end
12:13of that too i feel
12:14like i'm gonna be mauled by having these inflated prices maybe not mauled as much as def as flanders
12:19was getting mauled by a werewolf i guess it was just a regular wolf while he was going for his

12:24jog i would never first of all go for a foggy jog out in the middle of the woods well

12:28wouldn't go for a jog anyways out in the woods who knows what's creeping and lurking behind those
12:33bushes what i do like though at least that jacks has done for their treehouse of horror entries
12:37is that they haven't generally picked the characters that by now everybody has picked
12:41king homer always seems to be one that companies tend to tackle playmates did that i guess super
12:46seven really didn't do that super seven certainly did do a quite a failure for their devil flanders
12:52he couldn't even stand on his own playmates has done the devil flanders super seven failed with
12:57their flanders at least with this flanders they didn't do the the go-to the the staple devil
13:02flanders instead they decided to go with something a little bit different and they went with a werewolf
13:06instead that's also quite different too when we looked at the vampire we will be looking at the
13:11vampire crusty and also grim reaper homer not tends to be characters that people usually pluck when
13:16it comes to like horror themed simpsons figures jack specific seems to be picking from a different
13:21pile and i'm glad that they are what do you guys think of werewolf flanders oh worth picking up
