Strongman Archaeology
"So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."
- Hebrews 9:28
After a few wheelbarrows of dirt moved, spread out & tamped, l figured it was time to pick our old comp 215lb Atlas Stone. Been a decade since my last comp @ Lionheart Strongman ll in Brunswick. The technique was rusty, and the first pick felt GODAWFUL, but the groove seemed to come back quickly. With a bit more speed, a 250lber should go up. What a great pull & contraction in the ENTIRE back. Some good work indeed. God Bless.
