01:00And I'll see, because I get notifications, push notifications when somebody's at the door or at one of the cameras.
01:07And it'll say, like, person detected at your front door at 3.15 a.m.
01:12And I'm like, hmm, that's terrifying.

01:15And then I'll check it, and it'll be like a centipede crawled over the ring camera, and that set it off.
01:20And triggered it, yeah.
01:21There's a stranger who comes up to my house and does nothing except pet my plants.

01:28I don't know why I thought that was so funny.
01:33Because it doesn't do any harm.
01:35It just comes up and pets the plants.
01:37But I think if I found somebody petting my plants, I'd just open the door and be like, can I help you?

01:45Someone said a chemical plant blew up a few miles away from my house, and you can hear the distance explosion and see the orange glow on my cam.

02:00Well, here it is.
02:01It's about 10 o'clock in the evening, and I hear something on my front door, and it sounds like somebody's rattling the doorknob.
02:10So I'm just standing there looking like, and I come in from the other room, and I see these two eyes staring at me with a skull cap on its head.
02:18And I'm like, what do you want?
02:21And he wouldn't answer me, and he kept jarring the door.
02:23Meanwhile, I have a 12-year-old upstairs sleeping.
02:26So I'm getting nervous, so I run over to the ring, and I got so nervous, I turned it off.
02:32And I'm staring at him, screaming at him, I'm calling the cops, go away, I'm calling the cops, go away.
02:37And he kept doing it, and he tried to slide a card in the side of my door.
02:41So I call the police, and they go, oh, I'm sorry, we're in Indianapolis, so we won't be there for about 30 to 40 minutes.
02:48And I'm like, well, I guess I'll be dead by then, because I'm on a borderline in Cabarrus County.
02:54So it took a long time to get there.

02:58Meanwhile, this guy is staring at me, and this went on for about 20 minutes.
03:03And I'm telling you right now, I could not move.
03:06I was frozen at the bottom of the stairs.
03:08So, Peggy, how does this end?
03:11Does he just eventually give up and leave?
03:14The 12-year-old came downstairs, what's going on?
03:17I said, why don't I look out the window?
03:19And then, as I just left, for one second, he ran away, and he went to get into a white van, which was not parked in front of my house.

03:29I could see it from my house.

03:32He ran and got in the van.
03:33Creeps.
03:33That was the end of the story, but every night, I look out that window, and I say, well, the guy is at least six feet tall, because that's where the top of my window is right there.

03:45I feel like I would have moved.
