00:28probably other sort of side shows to keep anyone from saying anything about Deshaun Watson
00:33and and just finding out all right was last week real and can the Browns move to two and one

00:39finding out whether or not uh last week was just fool's gold I think is a really important and
00:43fun thing about this weekend I mean and Nick there are six teams across the NFL that are oh and

00:47there's really only one team that has given their team basically zero hope in some sort of way and
00:52that's the Miami Dolphins there's there's hope to be found all across the NFL look at the Falcons just

03:12talked about top two or top five or anything with Bryce Young I think it's interesting that the this
03:16is clearly the best defense that Bryce has played and it's also different we've talked about the
03:21amount of uh of zone that Bryce has just crushed it against something about Alabama quarterbacks that
03:27can crush it against zone we'll find out if like to a tongue of I low he just can't do

03:31and I think that's a really interesting part of this so yes there is a confirmation yes or no
03:37with Bryce Young and I do think like again like this is it was Friday over Friday I'm more excited
03:44about this game than I was going into the Tampa game because there's just so much of I don't know
03:49and I just had such a bad feeling in my stomach I have some optimism here I have some real

03:54that not just can you go to two and one you might be able to go and take that Pittsburgh

04:00and then we can get real good and and cocky about where the Browns are whether we should or not
04:06at the same point I also understand that if if on Sunday the Browns revert more and look more like
04:13the the Jacksonville side of things I do think people are going to go right back into the the
04:18mold people hill that we were after the Jacksonville game yeah well I mean week one you got curb stomped
04:23there's no there's no polite way of putting it you were outplayed you got a million penalties you
04:28weren't prepared for the game and it kind of felt like if that was going to be a referendum on

04:32season I think a lot of fans were expecting that to be the case the the five and a half

04:36predictions even seemed lofty after week one and then week two they turned it around and it was a
04:40completely different story and so yeah like there should be a different level of optimism if they
04:44played like they had in week one for week two Nick we'd be talking to a family of squirrels right

04:49we wouldn't have the listenership that we have right now because people would just be like they'd be
04:52apathetic towards the whole ordeal and just two weeks in that'd be a real shame they're not that way
04:56in fairness we also wouldn't have had the Watson wars that we had this week so that would have been
05:00so I would have added like maybe three years of my life that got taken off in the past couple

05:05ah two and a half years tops come on now I'm basically already dead anyway but it's interesting
05:09like I think you're gonna get a lot of very uh emotionally charged calls on Monday if the
05:16Browns are two and one and I think you are gonna get I think this is all if if one

05:21Deshaun and one win was all it took to flip that many people to this side of of Deshaun I

05:28I think a win on Sunday and you're gonna see a lot of people thinking not just can they keep

05:33but people are gonna start talking playoffs on Monday I'm just predicting that right now I feel
05:38that that swing in the ether but just as much as that exists the other side of this exists as

06:23even even though by the way even depending on how it looks but even with the loss on Sunday
06:27two and two is still within your purview no matter what happens on Sunday no it definitely is and if
06:32the end result of this Deshaun Watson thing is he turns out to just be a Jekyll and Hyde and
06:36Mattingly inconsistent then fine that's what it turns out to be uh but the fact that we have two games

06:43five days will tell us a lot it'll tell us a lot very quick emotionally I'm not ready for it
06:47but you'll be at the cabin so it's good this is like you get to just take a bunch of

06:52numb your pain well this is celebrate a lot this is why I need the Browns not to mess up
