02:56I am Dr. Fro.
02:58Thank you for joining us.
02:59If you've got questions, concerns, something you want me to touch on in a future episode, there are two ways
03:04to do that.
03:05One is the Fro Wrestling Sound Offline, 267-642-1160, and I will get your questions, your concerns in a
03:12future episode.
03:13However, whatever social media platform you're using, the fastest way to get in touch with me is if you like,
03:19you share, you subscribe, but most importantly, you comment.
03:23I read every comment that comes through every one of the platforms, and I will respond to your comments in
03:28a future episode.
03:29I have my word on that.
03:31That being said, this episode, we are talking about the saddening news, and at the same time, as sad as
03:38it is, it's actually quite refreshing.
03:40Unfortunately, we lost Pac, Benjamin Satterley, a few weeks back, very, very early, only 40 years old.
03:47Well, the question has been since then, what happened?
03:50How could this incredibly talented, this physically gifted, very healthy young man be gone at such a young age?
03:57And, of course, you see people online speculate all sorts of things without any information, and the most beautiful thing
04:03came of this sadness.
04:05Ben Satterley, his death has been ruled through natural causes, and people say, well, how is that possible he was
04:11so young?
04:11The spokesperson for the Cook County Medical Examiner's Office told the California Post on Monday that an investigation determined that
04:21he died from bronchial asthma.
04:23His death has officially been classified as natural, and there is no foul play, no narcotics, no drugs, no crazy
04:32stuff, no heart attack, none of that.
04:35It was simple bronchial asthma, something that seems so nominal to so many people, but here's the thing, you know,
04:43somebody who has a child who's affected by asthma concerns, it's no joke, it's very serious stuff, it's heartbreaking that
04:50we lost Pac, it's heartbreaking that we lose him to something like asthma.
04:54But, at least we know, he not only, like, the stories that have poured out about him, about his incredible
05:00character, who he was as an individual, how he entertained people, was funny, was so, like, lighthearted, he was so
05:08humble about his contributions to the wrestling world, what an incredible husband he was.
05:12All these things we hear, and it's universal, there's not one negative story I've seen put out about Pac whatsoever,
05:19just an all-around incredible guy.
05:21That being said, to know that there was nothing, nothing in toxicology, in any other, you know, systemic issue within
05:31his body, simple asthma is refreshing.
05:34You know, in the professional wrestling world, we've seen the loss of young lives far too many times, and every
05:40time you do, there's usually some nefarious reason why, or some really heartbreaking reason why.
05:46This here, serious condition, it's legit, but you know that he was on the up and up.
05:52It makes it hard, because you're like, man, it seems like this is so preventable, at the same time, a
05:57little peace of mind, because he really is the great guy that everybody said he is.
06:02So, as we said a few weeks ago, hearts go out to his family, prayers to his family and friends,
06:09all those affected, the fans around the world who idolized and loved Pac and his work.
06:13You know, I'm just glad that there's some closure here, that we can all, you know, know that Ben is
06:19resting easy now, and that, you know, he did so clear of thought, clear of any kind of outside interference
06:26here.
06:27Just solid, solid research by the examiner's office, giving us real closure on the matter.
06:33Let's get into two other topics real quick, and we'll wrap the episode.
06:36One, Yoda Tsuji, the IWGP World Heavyweight Champion, he has issues with AEW, will not appear at Forbidden Door this
06:43past year, but he is coming to the United States, and he is headed to MLW,
06:47which is surprising for some people, because they do have such a tie-in with New Japan and AEW, but
06:53we don't see the same tie-in with AEW and MLW.
06:56Once in a while, you'll see some MJF went to an MLW show, that was like a one-off, but
07:00you don't see a lot of interaction with those two.
07:02Yoda Tsuji, you would think, would be beholden to AEW because of their working relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling.
07:07That is not the case here, he is headed to MLW, we don't know when, or I shouldn't say when,
07:13but we don't know who his opponent's going to be yet,
07:15they haven't announced his opponent, but he is coming, and now that they've moved their show over to Tubi, you
07:21know, with a little more exposure, this is exciting.
07:23And, I saw they're going to have even more broadcast partners coming in, looks like Amazon Prime may be adding
07:29them as well.
07:29So, very exciting stuff, and to see the IWGP champion coming in, that lends instant credibility to their show, should
07:37be some exciting stuff.
07:38From there, the other thing I have to address today, on a more serious note, Max Caster, after having all
07:45the issues with his debut and immediate firing from TNA Wrestling,
07:49based on his comments related to Riyadh Saudi Arabia, has gone through it all this week.
07:53But, at a show this week, he had a conversation where he shared, he was at the NACW event, and
08:00he addressed the crowd, and he made it clear that,
08:02and I actually have a quote here from him, where he says that,
08:05In the span of one day, I started the contract and ended the contract with TNA Wrestling.
08:09I put out a statement, I addressed it, apologized to a lot of people, but the one group that I
08:14didn't get the apologize to is all the fans.
08:16I really appreciate the support, everybody has reached out after this happened.
08:20A lot of people were excited to watch TNA for the first time, or come back to the product, and
08:25now a lot of people are disappointed that I'm not on the show.
08:28So, thank you guys here at ACW for welcoming me, welcoming me, for that I say I love you, thank
08:35you, I don't know what my next move is,
08:38I don't know where I'll be, but I'll be stepping away from the ring for an extended period of time,
08:44I'm gonna go home, I'm gonna go to therapy, I'm gonna get it right, so that the next time I'm
08:50in the ring, it feels like I'm at home.
08:52What powerful statement from Max Caster, talking, being so honest, being so open about his personal struggles, his personal demons,
09:01and that he's going to get help.
09:02And that's a beautiful thing to see, that's something that many talents try to hide, they push things aside.
09:08Great to see him doing the right thing for him, and hopefully we get to see him back in the
09:11ring sometime very, very soon.
09:13Comes back happier, healthier, and maybe TNA gives him another chance.
09:17If they don't, maybe somebody else does give him that opportunity, I hope so.
09:21So, maybe he's an MLW guy at some point, maybe AEW does bring him back, I don't know.
09:26I think WWE's the harder sell, but in any event, it's good to see that he's getting himself in the
09:31right headspace,
09:32he's doing things the right way, and he's gonna make some positive changes for himself going forward,
09:36and hopefully get his career back on track.
09:38For now though, that's all the time we have for this episode, check back with us next episode,
