02:41Welcome TNT and of course our viewers in the international space and also those in Grenada.
02:48Guys, today is an interesting day. I'm out of work. Reason being, even though yes, it is me on the
02:53tape and yes, I'm your host with me husband, somebody is back and I'm confused a bit because he finally
02:58resurfaced from wherever he was and he's back with us and I'm hoping that he remembers his days because his
03:04days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
03:09You remember the building? ASP Russell is back y'all. Get me confused today, no? He starts to talk to
03:16me right before open and I got caught off guard.
03:20Mrs. Burns, good evening. Good evening to you, sir. Good evening, Trinidad and Tobago, Grenada, all of the Caribbean, the
03:28United States, Canada and all of our international viewers on behalf of the Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioners, Assistant Commissioners
03:35and First and Second Division Officers of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.
03:39As long as I forget, it seemed like I was out.
03:42All right, then.
03:42You know, I was asking how before the program started about some Bernabeau conversations that they had last week that
03:48I didn't know anything about, but I am here. I'm happy to be back as usual.
03:53Yes, yes, we're happy that you're back.
03:54As we do this every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, you know, where we deal with the issues of the contract,
04:00I trust that Trinidad and Tobago behaved themselves in my absence.
04:03Hmm, well, I don't know about all of that and the reason why I'm saying that we have no time
04:07to wait since you're back, since you're moving quick and furious right now.
04:12They're not behaving because an incident today in Marvell, which was very, very disturbing, and this is why we say
04:19it doesn't matter where you are and places that you may consider relatively safe is not really safe, and this
04:26is why.
04:33You know, you're going about your business, ASP, and you just never know who is lurking. Never know. Hardback demons.
04:43I have to call them that.
04:44I, I, I, what disturbs me?
04:46What does this lady do to you that you have to behave like that?
04:49Look at this man is hitting this lady.
04:51That is craziness. This is somebody's mother, sister, aunt, etc.
05:01Nobody came out to assist, no. No one. And I know the fear is real, ASP. But, right, Jackie, could
05:09you just pause there? And this is where you have stated, and many officers also on the show, especially you,
05:15ASP, that when we are walking to any location or to your vehicle, you have to pay attention to whatever
05:23you are.
05:24Because, look, you can still see through the vehicle, you're seeing two gentlemen, and if there's security at this said
05:30establishment, this is the reason why the security guards are there to pay attention.
05:35If a vehicle pull up, and I'm a security officer, and I see this vehicle, there's parked there for maybe
05:41more than five minutes, and nobody is out of the vehicle.
05:44You're seeing two men or two persons resembling men sitting now in a vehicle, and no one came out.
05:51So, you have to unleash. To notify the police, yes, of course, of a suspicious vehicle with men, with suspicious
05:56men on the compound.
05:58Yes, I was hoping at some point in time, you know when you wish you could just see a police
06:02vehicle just appear as they swing out?
06:05As they swing out? Look at this, look at this behavior. And then they want to know, and this is
06:09a serious thing, when they look at us as black people, I'm sorry, people like to get upset when we
06:14see it, but it's true.
06:15It is true. It is true. These are black boys.
06:21But I know that's in the Western Division, and I know Inspector Grant and team, Sergeant Huggins, and party, I
06:31know they will not stop until they find the persons responsible for this.
06:37I know that's what we, I hope that the victim is in good health and strength. I know she will
06:41need some kind of counseling to overcome this traumatic situation that she would have experienced.
06:48I know it's just a further call for persons to be vigilant, for persons to be observant, for persons to
06:53be aware of their surroundings.
06:55I know she did nothing wrong, and she walked to her vehicle, opened the door, and at that point in
07:02time, you know, she probably felt a little relaxed, okay, I'm back at my vehicle.
07:05She had no expectation of this, but at the end of the day, it still happened, and it pains me
07:13to see how the other gentleman came out.
07:15I don't even want to call him gentleman, because men don't treat women that when you come out and you
07:20start to punch this lady, she's not even resisting.
07:24Like a pinball that latch onto your leg, the way in which you cover this lady.
07:28Trinidad, if it was your aunt, your sister, your mother, your cousin, what would you have done?
07:34What would you like the police to do in a situation like this?
07:39And yes, I'm being honest here, it is becoming harder, harder to defend us, and the reason why I'm saying
07:47us, because I am also a black woman, you're a black man, and we are seeing where not all of
07:52us are like that.
07:53You know, the majority of persons who live in Trinidad and Tobago, who have African descent, we are not like
07:58this.
07:58But the rotten bunch that are making it hard for us to exist and function without being labeled.
08:07And this is the behavior, and some of you all don't even care.
08:10I'll show you what you're doing in the same game a lot.
08:13Sorry.
08:15But on the side, I am so, no, I am really upset ASP, because we are reaching a point, how
08:21much more could we defend you all?
08:23How much more programs and things that we are trying, even right here on the show, that the state is
08:29trying to put out, things that they have removed, that they all say, now we are suffering and we are
08:35trying, and people are going on.
08:37But for a lot of persons there, and I always say, crime is a choice that persons make, and I
08:44would always refer to the situation in Grenada, when I saw the gentleman drunk and sleeping on the street with
08:51his gold chain and pendant hanging, gold ring on, gold airing, and not a person interfered with him.
08:56So crime is a choice that some people decide, I am not working hard for anything, I am going to
09:03take somebody else's items.
09:05But they have to understand that there are consequences to their actions.
09:09Now, if police was there and they took action, you all wrong?
09:14Well, we would not have been wrong.
09:17No, but we don't know if we have a firearm or what the case may be, and the reason why
09:21persons were maybe terrified to come out and assist the lady.
09:24Nobody would want to stand by and watch how they're studying.
09:26Well, maybe, who else is wrong?
09:28They may have other vehicles.
09:29Well, let's just say my officers are trained, very trained to handle situations like those.
09:35And, you know, what is really upsetting, the time it should have traffic, it have none.
09:41It have none.
09:42In that area in Marvell, it always have traffic.
09:46Always.
09:47And it have no traffic, the car just drives us.
09:50It goes out, yeah.
09:52You all squeeze up like saddens in a vehicle to terrorize people who are trying to survive.
09:57To pick on women.
09:59Yeah, and the elderly trying to survive out here.
10:02People jobless trying to make ends meet.
10:04And this is what we're doing.
10:05But I would make some calls in the Western Division, and I would try to get some information.
10:10Hopefully, I can update the public with respect to this investigation, because I know it would be one of national
10:15interests based on the viewers' concern.
10:18And I know persons would definitely.
10:20And these are the things that we need the public to speak out about.
10:23So when we ask you to partner with us, we are asking the neighbor who live next to them,
10:29when they come home and you hear them speaking about what they did and how they did it,
10:33we are asking persons to be responsible and not buy the cell phone from the bag that they may try
10:39to sell you.
10:41Things like that, we are asking that you be responsible and you put country first and give the information to
10:47the police.
10:47Let me quickly, because I know we have a lot to unfold here this evening.
10:51But when it comes to our young black men, right, you are a gentleman who is of the same race
11:00that we are witnessing here.
11:01Same thing with me here.
11:02How are you all dealing without putting yourself in a place where you are now just targeting individuals who may
11:09look like that
11:10and they're not committing any sort of criminal activity?
11:13But this is the image that we see.
11:15Well, I'm saying that, you know, you have to understand what is going on out there.
11:22And if you dress in a particular way, to fit within a particular group, then you have to be aware
11:28that you are attracting the attention,
11:30notwithstanding you may not be in anything.
11:32But because you portray yourself, you dress, you behave, you act, to that extent, notwithstanding you may not be in
11:41anything,
11:42you will attract that attention where you will be profiled.
11:44And persons have to want, you have to not just, because you can platter here and still look decent.
11:51There's a way to wear your clothes.
11:52You can wear your clothes stylish and still look decent.
11:54So you have to ask yourself, what kind of attention do you want to attract?
11:58I understand how persons feel with TIDA as well.
12:01But when you look at crimes, you are always, most times it's a TIDA, it's a Nissan, it's some one
12:06of those.
12:07A nose or something, yes.
12:08Yes, so, you know, I know some persons are, and I work with a colleague in complaints, a female colleague,
12:14and she has a TIDA, she said, and she said to me, Russell, the amount of time, and she used,
12:18she works, she still works at complaints.
12:20Yes, sir.
12:20And she said the amount of time police would have stopped her.
12:24You know, and it just puts other persons in an inconvenient position.
12:31So, it's too much at this point in time, and we speak until we blew.
12:35I mean, watching that, I got an instant migraine, I saw it before, but seeing it again, and seeing it
12:41so, you know, in your face,
12:43it's in areas that many of us may go to and think, and it's safe, nowhere is safe.
12:48Because quite a few persons sent it to me, including my mother, before the program, just before the program,
12:52quite a few persons sent it to me, and I could only understand, I could only empathize,
12:59and I could imagine the thoughts of persons looking at that.
13:02Yeah.
13:03Quick question.
13:04In that case, if that woman had a firearm?
13:08She was within her right.
13:09Okay.
13:10To use it?
13:11Yeah.
13:11Because it was outnumbered?
13:13Outnumbered, overpowered, and she doesn't know.
13:15I mean, she's been attacked, you know?
13:16Well, what about when they were driving out?
13:18Well, when they're driving out, the threat is leaving.
13:20No.
13:21My husband, when they're driving out, the threat is leaving.
13:24So, what about, like, it's like a reflex reaction?
13:27My husband, how much time you could discuss this?
13:28No, I really, I'm serious.
13:30You cannot reflect.
13:31But if I fell back while they're driving off, and then I offload.
13:36Then you would have offloaded in the air.
13:37No, I wouldn't.
13:39I was catching my balance.
13:41Miss, gone, girl.
13:42Cool it now.
13:43No, I'm asking.
13:44I'm serious.
13:45Miss husbands, if the threat is leaving, it's a case.
13:50By case basis, the threat is going away from you.
13:53They jump in their vehicle, their windows are whining out.
13:56It's not even in a position where you say they're driving off and they're shooting at you still.
14:00Yeah.
14:01They are leaving.
14:01They are going away.
14:03No, but you can.
14:05Miss husbands, let's move on.
14:09Okay.
14:10We shall.
14:10You know, the public said they like when we debate like this.
14:13But it's not a debate.
14:14I am just saying, is that persons are fed up.
14:17No, gone, girl.
14:18Gone, girl, no.
14:20Persons are fed up.
14:22All right.
14:22So, this is something that was caught on camera in the St. Augustine area.
14:27And this is why we continuously tell persons, and I show ASP, you will see the same.
14:33Your surveillance, your security is very important.
14:36Not just for your business, but for your home as well.
14:39But in this case, this was at someone's business.
14:43A commercial space.
14:45Poor doggy.
14:45Lucky 30 was coming to play.
14:46But the dog wasn't having it that night or morning, I'm assuming.
14:51Yes, it was in the morning.
14:54And this was on Sunday.
14:56So, you realize they were trying to tamper with the lock by sewing it off, which you could hear.
15:03And because of this, yes, it was an alarm.
15:06It appears to be a grocery.
15:08Yes, P?
15:09Well, and this is what we call target hardening.
15:14The alarm tripped and they recognized, hey, it would attract attention, so they left.
15:19Yes.
15:20And when we speak about things like target hardening, securing your compounds, and it's well lighted there.
15:25Yeah.
15:25I'm certain they would have recognized that there are surveillance cameras in a position where they try to make sure
15:33that their faces aren't easily identified and stuff like that.
15:37But I guess they didn't cater for the alarm.
15:39Mm-hmm.
15:40And in this case, the alarm did what it was supposed to.
15:44See young boy with the head cover up?
15:47Well, the other one, the other one, brave face.
15:50Yeah, he's brave.
15:51So, I'm hoping that we could review the surveillance camera and we were able to identify the individuals.
15:57The vehicle that was parked up there was vehicle.
15:58They were in.
15:59It appears so.
16:02Yeah.
16:04And also, why did the pass this?
16:05I don't know.
16:08And usually, ASP, do they work like this, like you just saw those two individuals or they will have other
16:14parties?
16:14A lot of times, well, you see, they are going into that establishment there.
16:18Sometimes they go for cigarettes, probably.
16:22That same vehicle that stopped there, dropped them lower down and they walked up.
16:24Yes.
16:26Things like cigarettes and stuff like that, these are kind of bulky items and they don't have any bags or
16:31anything with them.
16:32So, there will always be somebody providing some sort of transport when they come out with the items at the
16:37store.
16:37Now, relating to the incident that took place in the Maraval area, anyone with information we are asking you, please
16:44contact 555-800-TIPS or 999.
16:48This could be any one of us, any one of us.
16:51So, we ask you, please, with any information, please send it to the relevant authorities.
16:56And if you want to be anonymous, you have 800 tips and also Crime Stoppers there to assist you.
17:01All we want is the information.
17:04However you choose to deliver the information, they could go online as well, ttps.gov.tt.
17:10Anyhow, you want to deliver the information, all we want is the information that could see us coming together to
17:16apprehend these individuals.
17:17Now, ASP, apart from that, we have persons who believe that they're still law-abiding citizens, but law-abiding citizens
17:23will do things like this.
17:30The traffic, I can't stand it.
17:32I have a van.
17:33So, let me see what I can do here.
17:36Risk his life and other persons' lives.
17:39That's correct.
17:39Because he's driving into the oncoming traffic.
17:42He's going over the median.
17:46And you know the strange thing about it?
17:50He may not have a problem in what he did.
17:52No.
17:53Or she did, you know, because we can't identify the driver.
17:55Correct.
17:56But you have your license plate.
17:57Yeah.
17:58So you can identify them.
17:59Like today, I was on the road, and I saw a gentleman.
18:01And you know, sometimes we speak here, you know, time over time.
18:05At North Young, we speak.
18:06We speak to love our throats.
18:08I saw a gentleman today driving a black Mercedes-Benz, a PEL 66 or something, turned off on the highway
18:17to Aranguers, Miss House Buns.
18:20The speed a Mercedes-Benz passed me with the day on the highway.
18:26It's like a bullet.
18:27In, out, in, out.
18:28Wow.
18:29Racetrack.
18:30I was wondering, you see, because sometimes we drive like that thinking, I can handle it.
18:35Or you don't know who in front of you might look down to answer the cell phone and mash breaks.
18:40You don't know whose cell phone might fall between the lap and the slow down to pick it up.
18:44You don't know who might be distracted or thinking about something and mash up breaks.
18:48Or something happened and you need to respond.
18:51The speed that Vika was going at, Miss House Buns, any sudden response?
18:57Clean up.
18:58We need to do better as a people.
19:01I am trying.
19:02Yeah.
19:02And that's all we could do now.
19:03Yeah, I am really trying myself.
19:04Speak to you all and ask that you all try and really.
19:06Because we are in this together, Trinidad and Tobago.
19:10It is difficult.
19:10This country is ours, you know.
19:12All over the world has problems.
19:14If you leave, you migrate, you go in the next place.
19:17Every place has its own unique problems.
19:20We have to take care of Trinidad and Tobago.
19:22Yeah.
19:22We have to start being the change that we want to see.
19:26Hmm.
19:27All right, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for us to take a look at what's making today's headlines.
19:47And those were your stories making today's headlines.
19:50We take that short break.
19:51And remember, you can give us a call at 623-1711, extension 1996 or 1997.
19:56We'll be back.

23:33It's very important that you really stay connected to the officers.
23:35Of course, come in, share your ideas, share your thoughts, your suggestions.
23:39Tell us how you want to be policed.
23:42Make that direct communication and that link.
23:45You know, making those direct communication and that link.
23:48You know, we look at the partnership with the public and stuff like that, based on our strategic plan, has
23:53really seen persons experience great levels of crime reduction in areas.
23:57You know, that public partnership that we have.
24:00But you could call somebody directly and stuff like that.
24:03And it really helps, Trinanti, it really, really helps.
24:07I encourage you to go down there.
24:09Be open.
24:10Be honest.
24:10I mean, I know there would be some things you'd prefer, say, in a confidential space.
24:15We would provide that as well.
24:17And, you know, let us really fix the issues in the neighborhood.
24:21Well, since you're saying that, you all have a different perspective where the survey is concerned.
24:25And I know it's very important that we mention this because we told persons, even yesterday, the deadline is on
24:31November 2nd.
24:32So you have the opportunity to engage with the TTPS and let them know some of your concerns.
24:38I know you could tell us.
24:39And I'm hoping to get about 10,000 responses.
24:42And we want that.
24:42I know they want a minimum of 3,500 because we want to have a proper sample size so that
24:46we can make really pertinent changes to the way we operate, to the way we do things.
24:52I mean, looking and doing some amendments or some adjustments to some of the existing policies within the organization.
24:58And, you know, it goes a long way.
25:01It goes a long way.
25:02It bolsters and solidifies some of our requests to the government for funding for certain equipment and other things that
25:09we need as well.
25:10So I'm asking you, take that time, follow the survey, be honest, be open, and share your truth with us
25:17so that we could really do better.
25:19Well, to learn more and you need to understand more, and if you want to know more about this, take
25:23a look at this video.
25:37Same picture, different perspectives.
25:40At the TTPS, we know that how we see our service will not always be how you experience it.
25:47That is why your perspective matters.
25:51Through the TTPS Public Satisfaction Survey, we want to hear what you think.
25:56Tell us where we went well and in what areas we can improve.
26:00Because to see the full picture, we need your perspective.
26:04Take a survey, share your perspective, help us improve our service.
26:19The Public Satisfaction Survey from the TTPS, you have the opportunity to make sure that you get included.
26:26And remember, the deadline is on November 2nd.
26:28November 2nd.
26:29Yes.
26:29So we had 349s.
26:31We have a caller.
26:32Caller, good evening.
26:34Hi, good evening.
26:36Good evening, caller.
26:38Good afternoon, good afternoon.
26:41Hi.
26:44Yes, we're hearing you.
26:46Yes, you're live.
26:47You can go on.
26:47Go ahead.
26:49Go ahead.
26:50I'm getting to the cardinal review program.
26:55I don't know what you're getting to.
26:57I don't know what you're getting to.
26:59You're getting to the...
27:02All right.
27:03So, excuse me, could you take off, could you take off the volume on your television set?
27:11We are getting a lot of feedback and we're not hearing you properly.
27:14Okay.
27:15Okay.
27:16Yes.
27:17Yes.
27:17Yes.
27:18Okay.
27:19Okay.
27:19You're actually looking for it.
27:21I'm going to see...
27:25I...
27:25I'm going to ask you...
27:38I'm going to ask you...
27:47okay yes i like that a lot thank you so much color what do you think yes i i really
28:03like the call
28:04as a suggestion it made me smile because i mean i i know there are some persons working on with
28:10some level of hopelessness but you know and that's why i always say i came out of eastern quarry
28:16dan kelly picked on having success i went southeast i gives my mother some trouble
28:23trinidad and tobago but those are some good schools but you know at the end of the day parenting and
28:29a
28:29heavy heavy heavy dose of jesus on both my mother and i have me standing here before you because had
28:37my mother let up had the community let up because there were some wrong things i engage in as a
28:42younger person is that the community the neighbor is who tell who told my mother what i was doing
28:50when she went to work that is why we say takes a whole village to raise a child i am
28:58a living example
28:59of that so i like the callers i'm suggestion so um i'm sure um our producer jackie she is listening
29:05so
29:05you'll see how we could accommodate that and i think that will be a beautiful addition we have another
29:10call caller call caller good evening hi good evening
29:14oh you're good mom you're good
29:21i'm gonna get i called before but i wanted some friends here and officer shabidi was there
29:28i'm from the around west area and i was explaining to them that there is a primary school that has
29:34two
29:35new new no entry signs now the new entry is common in the morning between the hours of seven a
29:43.m to nine
29:45and an evening from two to five however at four thirty or four plus people go through that
29:54no entry because the school is over by two thirty is it okay to do that because the school is
29:59over no
30:01mom it is certainly not okay to do that and if that person finds themselves in an accident at four
30:08thirty four thirty one four fifty nine that person will be wrong yeah most definitely and will be
30:15charged and placed before the court which are no entry guys we have to do better that's all i saying
30:21today boy we have to do better that that video was so disturbing that it still has me you know
30:26and i
30:26know it's tempting because it's going right here oh yeah we have the same color she had something to
30:32say one more comment so when i called the first time and i explained it to officer shabidi the very
30:39next day
30:40there were officers outside there giving them tickets and people obey the rules and the next two days
30:48are they trying to open but now all heres will lose again because of their cleaning is another
30:54entry where they should not get in and it has coming down in the correct lane because i'm passing it
31:00back
31:00and people are breaking the rules this to make an accident and i'm trying to avoid that so i want
31:07people to i want the officers on this to actuate that because it is a very dangerous situation
31:18yes thank you so much ma'am very well ma'am and the fact that the police were out there
31:23they are aware
31:24of the situation and i'm saying if why we have to be there what this this this this slavery yes
31:31and i'm
31:31saying that this slavery mentality where the police need to be there to ensure that you do the right
31:36thing you know that two officers could have been a vehicle or could be doing a foot patrol along the
31:43area you know ensuring that persons with their businesses and persons doing their christmas shopping
31:48and people christmas is approaching christmas is approaching please try to limit the amount of cash
31:55you're working with be observant be vigilant be careful you know just really take care of yourself
32:02oh there please i know the time will come well everybody have to get this and we get that and
32:08we run in here and there let's just calm it down please ladies and gentlemen we will take your calls
32:13on more after this break you need five five minutes that's all it will take for you to complete the
32:22trinidad and tobago police service public satisfaction survey on your phone yes five minutes that's all it
32:30will take for you to share your experience with the police what we're doing well and even ways in which
32:38we can improve your feedback will help us improve the quality of service we give to you in our stations
32:46on our streets or even when you call for help so just give us five minutes take the survey share
32:55your
32:55perspective and help us improve our service

35:10call at 623 17 11 extension 1996 or 1997 we have a caller caller good evening hello hi yes you
35:20are live
35:20good evening to you good evening caller hello yes you can go ahead go ahead we're hearing you
35:50oh yes yes we are here we are here you go ahead with the complaints
35:55sir we haven't i don't know if he's listening to us on his television set so you need to take
36:02that off
36:03so we could hear you properly and we ask callers when you do call you can mute your television set
36:08so we could hear you yeah so let's try that again
36:15and remember also if you're calling on your cell phone do not call us on your speaker you could take
36:21off the speaker all right let's see if we could get him back on call up hello yes yes you're
36:26hearing
36:26you go ahead sir yes go ahead you just say what what you announce the officer hello yes go ahead
36:41so we're hearing you
36:42and what i want to say
37:33all right thank you so much
37:36i understand yeah speaking about the lights the electric scooters and the that has become a
37:46menace on the nation and we're seeing more and more popping up um a lot of big establishments
37:51are selling them as well i know some of them it makes quite the christmas gift coming up but i
37:56know caller let me just inform you that there some some consultation has started um mr brent
38:04batson one of the coordinators for the traffic road and traffic safety program which is an tobega
38:09police service he has a conversation with me i know that the various stakeholders including
38:16licensing authority they have started consultation and putting things forward so
38:20those electric scooters will be legislated soon enough i know we need it immediately
38:26but let us not sacrifice accuracy for speed but i assure you that something would be done
38:33in the near future and i could understand why the car would have been um impounded because what
38:38happened is because uh situation no because the situation with the accident right and it's a
38:43motor vehicle hitting a cyclist where a certain level of injury or maybe death
38:49there's a certain process that the car need to go to it must be inspected to ensure that it was
38:53a
38:53functioning car brakes were working lights were working and stuff like that so we must have somebody
38:57from the licensing authority come and inspect the vehicle once it's a serious arty with serious
39:03injury or one where somebody died as a result of so i could understand that all right well i'm hoping
39:10that persons are able to understand that these scooters you need to do that quickly we have a call
39:16caller good evening
39:19good evening
39:20good evening caller
39:29yes sir
39:34yes
39:38yes
39:47yes
39:53yes

40:30you would
40:30have emptied many clips had you had one or two they're empty you think so yes yes no no i'm
40:37a
40:37responsible law-abiding citizen sir but i just seen in case you know i slip in the action reflects
40:44remember when you train it's it's just i'm just saying okay boss no okay miss husbands this is
40:51just this video it's very disturbing though it's it does not leave in my mind i i would i would
40:57want
40:58to make some calls between tonight and tomorrow god's willing to at least bring some kind of good
41:03news to the country by thursday fridays i know the members of the western division they are indeed
41:08working on it i know um senior superintendent mr williams and party they they will do what they have to
41:16do i assure you but we still need the public self any information they could bring yeah we'll be
41:24accepting it i had something to ask you but we need to take that break we'll be back as a
41:29teacher
41:29teaching how much years i never see it have a subject called bullying on a timetable yet but all
41:37them children want to beat up other children instead of beating the book and to me that is big big
41:45failure
41:46i promise to do my part to stop the bullying in the people and them school but you see parents
41:53you see
41:54uncles you see grannies you see aunties you see nenens all of them and all you all you have to
42:00help out too
42:01all they have to teach them the right way boy they have to choose peace not physical and verbal
42:09violence teach them to be a body not a bully tell somebody

43:32so
43:41so
43:42so
48:02remember you have as the legal fire who let's ask you one thing you want to shoot no I am
48:08just saying
48:08these are scenarios that could be under persons with legal firearms no you are now seeing okay
48:15the person three people showed up one already took your ban the other now reaching for your
48:23chain we've not seen any firearm we've not seen any weapon on these three individuals all right
48:28suppose this you have not seen a fireman your weapon the person must be able to apprehend that
48:34their life was under immediate so that could be considered immediate right immediate now you said
48:41you're not seeing a weapon I'm not seeing if I am no yeah yeah good in that scenario you being
48:49the
48:49victim in that situation you are the female on the other side and I have a firearm is in if
48:56I have
48:56your firearm yes well I overflowed it okay no doesn't you shouldn't so when you when you use
49:05your fire miss husbands there's an investigation that follows okay yeah where we determine the
49:10threat and if your life was in immediate danger which warranted and even with the home invasion
49:15act it outlines the circumstances and the parameters where you are allowed to use your fire so even
49:22within the home invasion act you just cannot shoot someone when does your property so my major question
49:28is no because I know we have a caller is it that we have to do it like Western times
49:32to make sure both
49:34of us have firearms before we could draw or the same way y'all could have assumptions of okay this
49:40vehicle
49:41looking suspicious or these pieces persons looking suspicious so I can't say that they don't even look
49:46suspicious they did the act mm-hmm and you want to offload I just don't want to offload I just
49:52said if I have it
49:53could it be done you see why I'm happy another family we have a caller good day
50:02hello
50:02this is the season to be jolly what can we do we have to be jolly with every S-H
50:11-I-T-T-T-T it's going on and on with these
50:15young individuals and the parents and whoever family like a race club with
50:21to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to-to you know I mean it is so heartbreaking you are not
50:27sure what are we going to do again
50:29and what are the stupidest and the next festival when you condemn it oh my god but something out in
50:35the house
50:35they pull in they pull in they put something glass for the cup and they write it down where you
50:39come man
50:39this is the piece that you see so mean you know up and down and up and down oh god
50:45what you know
50:46all of them give you know so they're going to get it cut yes they're going to get it god
50:51is not asleep
50:52we have to come see we break our protection of our children especially this place this story
51:00but i have to say if this is the freedom to be jolly we have to keep in faith and
51:04keep looking beautiful
51:05like smile
51:06but you are supposed to be able to keep smile and I know it is not because I think you
51:10don't do it all
51:10it is ridiculous but because they have patience right love you guys
51:16yes
51:16let's see you
51:19let's see you ma'am
51:20yes me
51:22well they call us and what she what she had to say and you know we just started to keep
51:28praying
51:28y'all have a hard job I always say that say it again y'all have a hard job say
51:33it again love you
51:34or I don't like to use it with it it's a powerful it I hope the relevant power is the
51:38relevant um
51:39persons are listening no y'all y'all have a hard job you're definitely like the cpu and stuff like
51:44that interesting I think I wouldn't go there I was gonna say something uh caller good evening
51:50hello hello here good evening good evening to you sir good evening caller
51:58good evening sir good evening sir
52:14good evening oh
52:3410-15 minutes, youngster, climbing, smoking, your own police, like stuff, like office,
52:46the war of the shoulder road, and people going home after a long hard day, would be able to pass,
52:55really, because they are putting traffic, and we think that, I don't know if it's your lady,
53:08or because marijuana, alcohol, and your own police department is a great issue.
53:17Colonical, not shoulder road, and what again?
53:28I would communicate with the senior superintendent in charge of the western division, and see what measures the task force,
53:35as well as the Maraville police station can put in place to treat with the situation that you mentioned, caller.
53:41Yeah, we definitely received that information, and again, we are asking persons, if given the opportunity with information,
53:48with anything that you know, anything that you see that, you know, may be disturbing to you, or incident,
53:55please contact 555-999-800-TIPS.
53:59Alright, it's very important that we could find ways that we could apprehend these individuals,
54:03so they don't harm other individuals, or even come back to you,
54:08because you know persons who have been, you know, affected by these same individuals,
54:13who may have harmed them previously.
54:15I know of persons who would have set up their own parents, aunts, uncles.
54:20Hold on. You have any updates at all, if you could, with the incident that happened with the mother and
54:26daughter in Malik?
54:27Have you all got anything you could tell us?
54:29I don't have any information at the moment with respect to that, but I know investigations were indeed ongoing.
54:35I only saw it on the news when I returned to the jurisdiction, so it was very disturbing for me.
54:42Very disturbing.
54:42As well, because, you know, I mean, even in the old days when there were rivalries,
54:47we used to spare women and children, but they looked like we just have some demons just walking.
54:52Some demons?
54:52And just, you know, hell-bent on causing that havoc and that fear.
54:57And, you know, it rarely places the country in a bad light outside, you know, when people,
55:01because there are persons who are saying they don't want to come back home,
55:04and they don't want this, and, you know, but I keep saying every country has its own unique set of
55:09issues.
55:11You know, over the weekend there was a big protest in Paris.
55:15Yes, yes, in France.
55:16There was a school shooting in the U.S. recently.
55:19So, you know, another school shooting, I should say, in the U.S.
55:22A man is a citizen who, you know, dealt with the matter.
55:27They had a license firearm and assisted, you know.
55:30What was even worse is that the shooter was given the firearm as a gift from his mother.
55:38What?
55:39Yeah.
55:40Well, I mean, United States, you know, you have the right to bear arms.
55:44And I'm saying we who live here have to fix here.
55:47Yeah.
55:47It's for us to fix.
55:49Yeah.
55:49Running away from it doesn't solve anything.
55:52It is clear, ESP, before we go, that we really need to deal with our young men out there,
55:57because they're the ones.
55:59And the men.
55:59That too.
56:00Yeah.
56:00Then again, yeah.
56:01Some people will say what more, but we have to give more.
56:04The cup needs to overflow.
56:06ESP, you're back.
56:07You'll be back Thursday and Friday.
56:10Of course.
56:10TNT, we get ready for your news.
56:12And don't forget, we get ready for the dive at 8.30.
56:16Be safe.
56:16Continue being hard targets.
56:18And listen, guys, be safe out there.
56:20We're out.
