04:20There are seven plaintiffs
04:22In this lawsuit
04:23Who are claiming
04:23That WWE
04:25Basically turned a blind eye
04:26To sexual exploitation
04:28Of young boys
04:29When they were set up crew
04:30They give them opportunities
04:32To like
04:32Fly around the ring a little bit
04:33Not actually wrestle
04:34But set up
04:36Teardown
04:36You know
04:37Run simple tasks
04:38For the company
04:39Back in the 80s
04:40And
04:41There was a motion
04:42To dismiss
04:43There's been multiple
04:44Motions to dismiss
04:45And instead
04:46The judge has ruled
04:48Against that
04:48This court case
04:49Is going to see
04:50The light of day
04:50Now what makes it complicated
04:51And this was the argument
04:52That WWE's legal team
04:54Was trying to make
04:54Is
04:54Is that so many
04:56Of the people
04:56The young men
04:58That were involved
04:58Were so young
04:59At the time
04:59And it's been

05:47Weren't looking forward
05:48To a multi-million dollar
05:49Lawsuit
05:49From something that
05:50Took place 30 some years ago
05:52But that's where we're at
05:53And it looks like
05:54This is going to move
05:55Forward very soon
05:56They're going to
05:57Continue with exploration
05:58Be able to do more
05:59Subpoenas and conversations
06:00And get records
06:01And what not
06:02To really try to
06:03You know
06:04Shake down
06:04What all went down
06:05I don't know
06:06If you're going to pull
06:06Like work records
06:08Or something like that

06:13Were traveling
06:14With the company
06:15Or performing deeds
06:16And tasks for the company

06:55Affidavits and what not

06:57This gentleman

06:58Rather racially
07:00Insensitive comments
07:01Towards Ludwig Kaiser's
07:02Girlfriend
07:03Kaiser responded
07:05By you know
07:06Threatening the gentleman
07:07And at some point
07:08He ended up
07:09Getting physical
07:10With the guy
07:11And I actually
07:12Along the way
07:13It has sounded as though
07:14Most people justified
07:16Ludwig Kaiser's actions
07:17And I thought this would
07:18Go away
07:18But apparently it is not
07:19He did make a motion
07:20Also to dismiss
07:21Much like the other case
07:22But it has been denied
07:23By a judge
07:24So we are probably
07:24Going to go to court
07:25Unless they come
07:26With some kind of
07:27Settlement prior to
07:28Getting there
07:29And I can't imagine
07:30What kind of money
07:31We're talking about
07:31I mean there is a video
07:33It's obvious something
07:34Happened and you can't
07:35Hear the audio
07:35But you can certainly
07:36See something went down
07:37And transpired
07:38So we'll have to wait
07:39And see how it plays out
07:40But for now
07:40Both of these cases
07:42Are headed to court

08:18And took full responsibility

08:25Who spent
08:26Very short period of time
08:27Really collectively speaking

08:30For WCW Cruiserweight
08:32Legendary feuds and matches
08:33With Rey Mysterio
08:34He was at the

08:36One night stand
08:37Facing Rey Mysterio
08:38But psychosis
08:39Needing a major
08:40Hip surgery
08:42And WWE
08:43Stepped up
08:44And took care of it
08:45They just paid
08:45The entire thing
08:46That's good stuff to hear

08:50Bodies on the line
