00:00:21Welcome to the end, you're here and I'm done!
00:00:33Hello everyone, welcome inside, I'm John Butcher Gross alongside Darren Pang here on EA Sports.
00:00:39The start of a homestand, time to reset, enjoy some home cooking and entertain this crowd once again.
00:00:58Just about ready to get underway here. Fans are settling in for an exciting game tonight. Players are just about
00:01:06ready to go for the opening faceoff.
00:01:11The Ducks win the opening draw and here we go. Terry walkered away. The crew have the puck along the
00:01:20board.
00:01:23Whistle blows, that's an icing. Faceoff at the other end.
00:01:37Opening minutes of the period. Dead even, no goals yet.
00:01:46Offensive zone draw is successful.
00:01:48Winning that draw means they can put the pressure on after that icing call.
00:01:52Can't connect there, deflected.
00:01:55Sends it over!
00:01:57Stay!
00:01:58Nice anticipation.
00:01:59Boy, that's sharp goaltending right there.
00:02:01It comes from the low slot and the goalie stays right with it, makes the read and shuts the door
00:02:06completely.
00:02:11Faceoff is one in the offensive zone.
00:02:15St. Petersburg's picked it up along the wall.
00:02:18Passes it off!
00:02:20Steered aside with the paddle!
00:02:22Good defensive play there on the coach.
00:02:25St. Petersburg's got the puck back along the boards.
00:02:30Sends it back quickly.
00:02:32Move the puck over to Carlsen.
00:02:37Nice little dish.
00:02:39And they'll have to regroup now in the neutral zone.
00:02:45The Ducks take it behind the net now.
00:02:47Quickly moves it to Gauthier.
00:02:50Anaheim's got the puck now, looking to bring it up the ice.
00:02:55Zeri.
00:03:00Gets the whistle, play is stopped.
00:03:03And we'll get ready for another faceoff.
00:03:08Early in the opening frame, still zeros across the board.
00:03:16St. Petersburg's won the draw and they have it.
00:03:20He has it now along the point.
00:03:23Gets the whistle, and he'll take the faceoff.
00:03:38Anaheim's got that faceoff, and they take possession.
00:03:42The Ducks looking to break out of their defensive zone.
00:03:46Uses the poke check there.
00:03:48That's a nice defensive play.
00:03:50Move quickly to Chisholm.
00:03:53Nyquist.
00:03:56Long connection up to Granlund.
00:03:58Breakaway!
00:04:01The Candace!
00:04:02What a save on the breakaway!
00:04:04He stands tall and shuts the door with a chance.
00:04:08Arrgh!
00:04:31Arrgh!
00:04:31Yeah, watch the scorer here.
00:04:33Just uses the skating to turn, loses the check, and that defender panic turns and falls behind.
00:04:38And that opens up all kinds of space on the way to the goal.
00:04:53Ducks taking the early lead with the early goal here at home.
00:04:58Everything is going to plan so far.
00:05:02And they win the neutral zone draw, and they have possession.
00:05:06Crisp short pass to Seneca.
00:05:11Seneca!
00:05:12The crew have the puck in their own end.
00:05:16Quick take-to-take to Harris.
00:05:19Sends the pass up.
00:05:22Passes it off!
00:05:23Do this!
00:05:25Steered aside.
00:05:27St. Petersburg's got possession along the boards.
00:05:32Quick pass to Seneca.
00:05:34And he serves it across to Paley.
00:05:38Reaches in, pops the stick up, and takes the puck away.
00:05:41There's the whistle.
00:05:43Arm in the air, and we got a penalty.
00:05:47That's one of those momentum swing penalties right there, Bucci.
00:05:50When you're protecting a one-goal lead, your killers have to settle it down,
00:05:54get in the lanes, clear rebounds, and grind this out.
00:06:13And the first power play of the game is here,
00:06:16as we get set for the face-off in the offensive zone.
00:06:19Yeah, and this is a real big opportunity here.
00:06:22Pendulum-like momentum can swing on a power play,
00:06:24and down by one, this is where you can get back to even.
00:06:29Zeri!
00:06:30And he shuts down the one-timer!
00:06:33The duck scoop up the puck, and no look to clear.
00:06:36Out it comes, and the zone is cleared.
00:06:40The crew have gained control along the wall.
00:06:44Smith.
00:06:46Zeri.
00:06:48Can't collect that dish.
00:06:50Aggressive poke check there on the forecheck.
00:06:53And now he passes it over to Helleson.
00:06:58Canestrosa.
00:06:59St. Petersburg's on it now in the defensive zone.
00:07:07Here's the pass.
00:07:09Oh, what a save!
00:07:11Joe Stahl's able to hold his ground on that dangerous slot shot,
00:07:14and what a stop to keep it out.
00:07:16Lots of pressure in the zone,
00:07:18and the goalie finally covers it up to get a whistle.
00:07:22So the player's set to go again, and the penalty kill will resume.
00:07:30St. Petersburg's won the draw.
00:07:32They take control.
00:07:33Stay!
00:07:35He cut that one too!
00:07:37Score!
00:07:38Score!
00:07:40His third on the season.
00:07:44They make it count with the extra man.
00:07:47And we're tied at one.
00:07:59Oh, you talk about some grunt work right here.
00:08:02It's the stops and starts.
00:08:03You shoot the puck, the goalie saves it, and you score on your own rebound.
00:08:06What a play that is.

00:08:25They were down.
00:08:26Once again, they keep plugging away, and they have tied things up here.

00:08:40St. Petersburg's got possession along the board.
00:08:47Can't handle that pass.
00:08:50Anaheim grabbed it here in their own end.
00:08:53Save!
00:08:55Shot!
00:08:56But that drive catches a player out front and gets blocked.
00:09:00He leaves the stick out and disrupts the play.
00:09:03Lots of pressure in the zone,
00:09:05and the goalie finally covers it up to get a whistle.
00:09:10Near the 10-minute mark of this period.
00:09:12We are all tied up in this one.
00:09:16The Ducks win the faceoff, and they have the puck now.
00:09:20Scooped up now in the defensive zone,
00:09:22and that's scooped up by Carlson.
00:09:25Whistle blows.
00:09:26Offside is the call, and the faceoff will come outside the zone.
00:09:31Both teams getting set,
00:09:33and the linesman is set to drop the puck again.
00:09:39Neutral zone draw one, and they got the puck.
00:09:43Quickly up to Hallander.
00:09:46Scooped up by Tucker.
00:09:47And can't make the connection.
00:09:49He's bodied off the puck.
00:09:52Whistle blows, and we're offside.
00:10:05The Ducks have control off the draw,
00:10:07and we stay right with the flow here.
00:10:10Nicely up to Tucker.
00:10:16The Ducks with the puck now.
00:10:19Slides it over to Hallander.
00:10:20Anaheim's got control of the puck in the defensive zone.
00:10:26In front.

00:10:53And that hits the paddle!
00:10:56The play is stopped,
00:10:57and he'll take the face off.
00:11:00Johansen spins sharp,
00:11:01and you can see it on that last one.
00:11:03That's a high danger chance,
00:11:04and he reads it the whole way,
00:11:06stays right with it,
00:11:07and comes up with a really strong save
00:11:08at a big moment.
00:11:09I've got the table running around.
00:11:11I mean, I'm a still one at the top.
00:11:13I mean, you're on the road.
00:11:15If you're thinking that I do too well,
00:11:17don't stop.
00:11:18The Ducks got to keep rolling.
00:11:20I mean, you're on the edge.
00:11:21The Ducks win the draw.

00:11:56Kicked up along the wall by Zari.
00:11:59Benoit.
00:12:01And now it's over to Nyquist.
00:12:05Taken out of the play.
00:12:06You knew that was coming,
00:12:07and now the gloves are off.
00:12:09Yeah, when a teammate goes down injured,
00:12:11somebody's going to answer the bell.
00:12:12And that's exactly what happens here.
00:12:17Well, that didn't take long.
00:12:19He saw his teammate get hurt
00:12:21and decided to answer for it.
00:12:23Yeah, and that's the response you expect,
00:12:24stepping right in after a teammate gets injured.
00:12:27And Astros has tried to brace himself right there,
00:12:29but man, that collision was just too much for him.
00:12:31He's hit, and he's hurt.
00:12:42After all of that, both teams reset at full strength,
00:12:45and we are ready for the face-off.
00:12:50Face-off one, and the puck is theirs.
00:12:58What a save from the slot.
00:13:01That is a quality chance,

00:13:59Tape to tape to Carlson.
00:14:02And Tavis steered aside.
00:14:11That's a good, hard hockey hit.
00:14:13He climbs it perfectly, closes the space in a hurry.
00:14:15And when you do that, you're looking to separate the player from the puck immediately.
00:14:19We're now in the late stages of this frame.
00:14:21We got a tie game.
00:14:26St. Petersburg's won the defensive zone faceoff.

00:23:31That's a cross-checking minor.
00:23:32That's a good call by the referee.
00:23:40Yeah, and it's already given them a little momentum in this game.
00:23:43The setup's pretty simple.

00:24:08That's exactly what you want from your goaltender there.
00:24:10A low slot chance, and he tracks it beautifully to come up with a stop.
00:24:15Crisp short pass to Cologne.
00:24:18Shot and a great block shorthanded.
00:24:20It takes courage and sacrifice to get in front of a shot like that, Bucci.
00:24:25Big hit.
00:24:27Quick take-to-tape to Paley.
00:24:30In front.

00:24:33So changing some power play personnel now as they'll scoop it up and head north.
00:24:39Smith.
00:24:40Save.
00:24:46Holy jump, and that one rattles the ring.
00:24:48He steps in and finishes hard, and when you deliver contact like that,
00:24:51you're trying to stop the play cold and wake everybody up.
00:25:01So the linesman has the puck.
00:25:04Players get into position, and this penalty kill will resume.
00:25:11And they clear the zone.
00:25:17Set up top and handled at the point.
00:25:20Picks up the puck, and the pressure continues.
00:25:22Puck escapes the zone, so they'll retreat to the neutral zone.
00:25:28Diss to Hustodinov.
00:25:30And that's sent over to Marchment.
00:25:34Seri.
00:25:36Marchment.
00:25:38Outstanding save by Dostal.
00:25:41Marchment's done a real good job of getting himself back into the flow after that earlier fight.
00:25:45That's what you want to see.
00:25:46Back on the ice, and back to creating chances.
00:25:49And now he pushes that across to Chisholm.
00:25:56Gets it back up top here.
00:25:59Anaheim's got it.
00:26:00Looking to kill time off the PK clock.
00:26:03Fires.
00:26:04And stares down that shot.
00:26:07Denial.
00:26:08And he pushes that across to Carlson.
00:26:10He'll be winding down, and that'll do it.
00:26:12Good job by the PK unit.
00:26:14You remain tied.
00:26:15When you're shorthanded while it's tied, the objective is just to survive it.
00:26:19This PK unit does exactly that.
00:26:21The penalty expires, the game stays even, and that's an important boost.
00:26:29McTavish.
00:26:29And a nice boat check there.
00:26:32The crew have the puck along the board.
00:26:37And we're going to have an icing here as the whistle blows.
00:26:44Dostal's come up with a tremendous save.
00:26:46That's a high danger chance he was able to shut down, and you can see it on the replay.
00:26:50I like that he didn't panic at all.
00:26:52He tracked it beautifully, stayed composed in the crease, and read it perfectly to rise to the challenge.
00:27:00Closing in on the 10-minute mark.
00:27:01We are all tied up in this one.
00:27:06Offensive zone, face-off one.
00:27:09Takes the puck now in the Ozone.
00:27:11Battles, lifts the stick, and has it.
00:27:19Both teams set for the next face-off.
00:27:26Ducks win the Ozone draw, and they have it.
00:27:31And he quickly moves it to Lacombe.
00:27:34St. Petersburg's got possession along the boards.
00:27:40Passes it off.
00:27:42Blocker saved by Dostal.
00:27:45Nice read.
00:27:46Interception.
00:27:48Palin.
00:27:49Palin!
00:27:51Just sticks his equipment.
00:27:53Those are not easy saves to make.
00:27:54That's a quality look from the slot.
00:28:04The Ducks win the face-off.
00:28:05They'll take control.
00:28:07Stay!
00:28:09Gets the whistle, and he'll take the face-off.
00:28:23St. Petersburg's got that face-off.
00:28:26And here we go.
00:28:28And he quickly goes to Lorentz.
00:28:32Lorentz!
00:28:33Play is stopped, and he'll take the face-off.
00:28:36And he'll take the face-off.
00:28:48Anaheim's won the face-off.
00:28:50They've got control of the puck.
00:28:51Makes the save.
00:28:53Dostal's been rock-solid tonight.
00:28:55And when you look at that save percentage, it tells the story.
00:28:58He's seen plenty of rubber, and with this game this tight, those saves are giving his group a chance.
00:29:03Stick in the lane.
00:29:04Broken up.
00:29:06And he quickly moves it to Mikheyev.
00:29:09Anaheim's got it back in the defensive zone.
00:29:12Nice use of the wall there to complete the pass.
00:29:16Timely po-check there by Lorentz.
00:29:18And now he moves it to Johansson.
00:29:22And it's a quick pass to Lorentz.
00:29:25And it's a delayed penalty.
00:29:29And another minor penalty on the home team.
00:29:33That's three in a row.
00:29:35And the home crowd is certainly not happy with that at all.
00:29:39They are letting that referee know it.
00:29:56St. Petersburg's got another chance for a power play.
00:29:59The man advantage here as we face off.
00:30:02Yeah, and that earlier power play goal has given them confidence.
00:30:05So now they get another opportunity right off the draw to go back to work.
00:30:10And he shuts down the one-timer.
00:30:13And he slides it quickly to Paley.
00:30:18Quickly up to D'Angelo.
00:30:20And a delayed penalty on the way.
00:30:22That looked like a slash.
00:30:25Here's the whistle.
00:30:26Here comes the call from the referee.
00:30:29How do you take this many minor penalties in a hockey game?
00:30:31I don't know, Pucci.
00:30:32You don't win this way.
00:30:33That's for sure.
00:30:45St. Petersburg's got a long five-on-three coming here.
00:30:48Right off the face-off setup.
00:30:51Yeah, and this is a real opportunity here.
00:30:52Because with the five-on-three for the longer stretch,
00:30:55everything settles down.
00:30:56And now it's about quick puck movement and making this count.
00:30:59Puck dumped in.
00:31:00Here comes the pressure.
00:31:02Ease the puck across to Nyquist.
00:31:07Moves it down below the goal line.
00:31:14Back to the point here.
00:31:17That's blocked.
00:31:18Ricocheted off the body in front of the net.
00:31:21Couldn't quite complete that pass.
00:31:23The Ducks pick up the puck looking to clear.
00:31:27The clue have gained control along the wall.
00:31:31Rips it.
00:31:32What a stop to deny the wet timer.
00:31:35He turned down the challenge, but look who's stepping in for him now.
00:31:39Yeah, that invitation got declined, Pucci.
00:31:41But his teammate accepts it and jumps right in.
00:31:51Oh, and he tags him flush.
00:31:53Down and out.
00:31:55That last punch landed clean.
00:31:56And once he hit, this one was finished.
00:32:15Special teams coming into play again in this one.
00:32:19Players set to go and the power play will continue.
00:32:22Offensive zone draw is successful.
00:32:28Shot.
00:32:29Shot.
00:32:29And he makes the save.
00:32:32He's to Dino.
00:32:37Shot.
00:32:38Save.
00:32:39The whistle blows.
00:32:41Gets the stoppage.
00:32:42And he'll take the faceoff.
00:32:47Big faceoff here in the offensive zone.
00:32:49And they're looking to win it and fire one on a tired goalie.
00:32:53Yeah, after all that zone time, this is where you want to clean win, Pucci, and get it there quickly.
00:32:59And now he passes up to Carlson.
00:33:02Barely got a piece of that one.
00:33:04St. Petersburg's picked it up along the wall.
00:33:08Puck picked up along the wall by Johansson.
00:33:11Great save by Dostal.
00:33:16St. Petersburg's got the puck back along the boards.
00:33:20Here's the pass.
00:33:22Puck taken behind the net.
00:33:24Sends it over.
00:33:26Nicely up to Gudis.
00:33:29Carlson.
00:33:32Carlson.
00:33:33Stopped.
00:33:33What a smart save there.
00:33:35Not only does he make the stop, he steers it right to the corner and out of danger.
00:33:42And the linesman blows the whistle, and that's an icing.
00:33:49So we'll get set to drop the puck, and the power play will resume.
00:33:55And they win the offensive zone faceoff.
00:33:58St. Petersburg's got possession along the boards.
00:34:01And he gives it over to Marchment.
00:34:04Special team so important to take a game like this.
00:34:07Pounding over.
00:34:08Game remains locked up.
00:34:10That's one of those power plays where you like almost everything you saw except the finish.
00:34:14They had the puck.
00:34:14They created a bunch of chances.
00:34:16But in the end, it gets killed off without the goal.
00:34:20Gathered at the point now.
00:34:22Picked off.
00:34:23Nice read by Poehling.
00:34:28The crew have picked it up along the board.
00:34:32Marchment.
00:34:36Seri.
00:34:37Cope checked away now on the forecheck.
00:34:39Well, this is just an outstanding Cope check.
00:34:41That's not an easy play for a defender in a high-danger area.
00:34:44You have to stay calm, have an active stick,
00:34:46and make sure your timing is perfect to break up that scoring chance.
00:34:50Dumps it deep into the opposite corner.
00:34:52Points in the puck.
00:34:54Nice denial there.
00:34:56Oh, boy, that is a terrific save.
00:34:58A high-quality chance from right out front.
00:35:01Whistle blows.
00:35:01That's an icing.
00:35:03Face off at the other end.
00:35:06Johansson's come up with a massive stop on that last sequence.
00:35:09When you look at this again here on the replay,
00:35:11you can see that's a dangerous chance in tight.
00:35:13And he is just so composed and is able to make an outstanding save to keep it out.
00:35:22Winding down here in this period.
00:35:23We got a tie game.
00:35:28St. Petersburg's won the draw, and they take possession.
00:35:35The Ducks have it now.
00:35:37Good stop by Dostal.
00:35:39Dishes it to Gauthier.
00:35:43And that's picked up by Trouba.
00:35:45Big hit.
00:35:47Good save there.
00:35:51He's got it.
00:35:53Stopped on the breakaway.
00:35:55What a save.
00:35:56He stayed right with it.
00:35:57Came up with a huge stop.
00:35:59Man, that one had some pop to it.
00:36:01He closes quickly and finishes with real authority.
00:36:04And when you catch the player in that spot, you're trying to jar that puck loose for a turnover.
00:36:08Players getting into position, getting ready for this next faceoff.
00:36:17Offensive zone, faceoff one.
00:36:20The crew have the puck along the board.
00:36:23Anaheim's right on it.
00:36:25Hope checked away by Miramanov.
00:36:29Colourne moves it up to Benoit.
00:36:32Working free in his own zone.
00:36:35He quickly goes to Hallander.
00:36:38Down to 60 seconds left here in period number two.
00:36:42The Ducks have picked it up along the boards.
00:36:45Slides the puck across to Hellison.
00:36:48And that's picked up by Smith.
00:36:51Now to Colourne.
00:36:53Anaheim's come back up with possession.
00:36:55And the puck is covered up.
00:36:57The whistle blows.
00:36:58And we'll get a break here to our next faceoff.
00:37:02Closing seconds of this frame.
00:37:04The next goal could be a big one as we are tied.
00:37:11The Ducks win the draw.
00:37:12They got the puck.
00:37:13He makes the save.
00:37:15The crew have game control along the wall.
00:37:19Taken there now by Chisholm.
00:37:21One shot.
00:37:22Save!
00:37:25Puck comes out in the neutral zone.
00:37:28Looking to a group here.
00:37:29And re-engage.
00:37:31And 40 minutes of this game is in the books.
00:37:34See what kind of adjustments both of these teams make the rest of the way.
00:37:38We're back with more.
00:37:40Third period action ahead.
00:37:42Right after this.
00:37:45I just talked to this.
00:39:04So the two teams milling about, players taking their position here to start the third period.
00:39:12Let's see what happens in the final frame of this one.
00:39:16Scoops it up and he's loose!
00:39:18Co-checked by Carlson.
00:39:21Ozone pressure continues as they take the puck.
00:39:26Just out of reach.
00:39:29And he slides it quickly over to Benoit.
00:39:33Sends it down below the goal line.
00:39:36And the puck comes out and they'll have to regroup in the neutral zone.
00:39:42Sweet little play there by Benoit.
00:39:46St. Petersburg's got possession now in their own end, looking to break out.
00:39:50Good stop by Dostal.
00:39:57Go Dostal's really had a feel for the moment tonight.
00:39:59Just coming up with those big saves when they matter most.
00:40:02And that's such a huge thing for your bench.
00:40:04Because every time your goaltender answers like that, it settles the group right down.
00:40:08You can feel that confidence grow.
00:40:10And all of a sudden there's a little more poise.
00:40:12A little more jump in your game.
00:40:22Opening minutes of the period.
00:40:24It's all tied up.
00:40:29The faceoff is won and they take possession.
00:40:34Minchikov.
00:40:37Granlind.
00:40:38Sends it over!
00:40:40Picked off by Zari.
00:40:43He's in alone!
00:40:45And that breakaway comes up empty.
00:40:47He gets the opportunity, but in the end there's just no result from it.
00:40:51He has it behind the cage.
00:40:54Tucker!
00:40:55Shot blocked at the last second.
00:40:57That is just outstanding commitment.
00:40:59And he absolutely wipes out a good chance there.
00:41:06Play about to resume as we get set to face things off here.
00:41:15And they win the draw in their own end.
00:41:18And makes a pass to Petrano.
00:41:22Dumps it deep into the opposite corner.
00:41:29Picked up along the wall by Hustodinov.
00:41:32Close!
00:41:33Same!
00:41:34Play is stopped.
00:41:36We'll regroup.
00:41:37And get ready for another faceoff.
00:41:40Still a lot of clock to work with here.
00:41:42You can feel the energy in this crowd.
00:41:45It's a tie game.
00:41:47The Ducks win the draw and take possession.
00:41:50And nicely to Paley.
00:41:53Seneca.
00:41:53Seneca.
00:41:55Seneca.
00:41:56Seneca.
00:42:00Seneca.
00:42:08Seneca.
00:42:21You can talk about the finish and rightly so, but this replay shows the real playmaker here.
00:42:26That pass just opens everything up and it's delivered with perfect touch to tee up the goal.
00:42:41Anaheim's been searching for the lead and they have found it. They lead by one here in the third.
00:42:47St. Petersburg's patience being tested early in the third period here. Still getting pressure but still trailing.
00:42:53Here's a pass to Appleton.
00:42:57Pailin.
00:42:59Pailin!
00:43:00Lockered away.
00:43:02St. Petersburg's picked it up along the wall.
00:43:05Hit hard.
00:43:07Save!
00:43:08Puck taken there by Hustedinoff.
00:43:11Bonus!
00:43:12Just got a piece of that one.
00:43:15Those are not easy saves to make. That's a quality look from the slot.
00:43:19Moves the puck across to Appleton.
00:43:21St. Petersburg's got the puck back along the boards.
00:43:32Smith.
00:43:33They checked away nicely.
00:43:36Up high received at the point.
00:43:38Ripped shot and a missed chance.
00:43:41That's picked up by McComb.
00:43:43Good defensive play there with the stick. Can't quite connect.
00:43:47Now the puck sent down low behind the goal line.
00:43:53Zeri!
00:43:54Just got enough of that one.
00:43:59Puck scooped up along the wall by McComb.
00:44:03Carlsen!
00:44:05Carlsen!
00:44:06Carlsen!
00:44:06Denied!
00:44:07Johansson's made the save and steered that puck right to the corner.
00:44:10A smart play to keep it out of danger.
00:44:13Nyquist.
00:44:14Big hit.
00:44:15That big hard hit from the power forward is going to raise some eyebrows, that's for sure.
00:44:23Passes it off!
00:44:25Denied!
00:44:27Quickly up to Terry.
00:44:31Terry!
00:44:32And that's knocked aside.
00:44:39Arm up.
00:44:40Delayed penalty coming.
00:44:42Looked like a slashing from here.
00:44:44Goalie to the bench and the extra attacker is on.
00:44:51Missile blows!
00:44:53Player to the box.
00:44:54The obvious penalty coming up.
00:44:57That is just a bunch of minor penalties in the game.
00:44:59The coach isn't going to be happy.
00:45:00No one's going to be happy.
00:45:02That's a lack of discipline.
00:45:03This is awful.
00:45:23Another chance with the man advantage as we're about to face it off in the offensive zone.
00:45:28Yeah, and this is a real big opportunity here.
00:45:31Pendulum-like momentum can swing on a power play.
00:45:34And down by one, this is where you can get back to even.
00:45:37Disrupts the possession with the poke check.
00:45:42Puck picked up in the defensive zone.
00:45:44Now they want.
00:45:45Head up the ice on the power play.
00:45:47And he fires it to Cunnan.
00:45:52Dumps the puck into the offensive end.
00:45:54St. Petersburg's got possession along the boards.
00:45:58Good little dish there.
00:46:01Cullorn.
00:46:02In front.
00:46:04Scores!
00:46:08Cullorn.
00:46:28In front.
00:46:30Scores!
00:46:31Go right to the slot.
00:46:31That is the dirty area of the ice.
00:46:33And this is a beauty.
00:46:34It's a power play goal.
00:46:48St. Petersburg's gotten that all-important tying goal midway through the third.
00:46:53Now they can stay on their toes and try to get the go-ahead marker.
00:47:01Face-off one and control of the puck is theirs.
00:47:05Haylin.
00:47:06Down low.
00:47:08Save!
00:47:09That's a tremendous stop.
00:47:11That's where shooters can do a lot of damage, but the goaltender tracks it beautifully.
00:47:15And he quickly goes to Johansen.
00:47:18Nice read by Dostal.
00:47:21Gliding with it in his own end.
00:47:25Set all the way out of the defensive end.
00:47:31Go check by Chisholm.
00:47:33Here's the pass.
00:47:39And that puck is sent out.
00:47:42Ducks with it now in their own zone.
00:47:44Looking to break out.
00:47:46Sweet little dish there.
00:47:50Makes the save.
00:47:52Fist over to Chisholm.
00:47:54He carries it in his own zone.
00:47:58Knocked away by Vetrano.
00:48:00Save!
00:48:02That's intercepted.
00:48:03Nice read there.
00:48:05Anaheim's relentlessness pays off.
00:48:07They have it now.
00:48:09McTavish!
00:48:10Save!
00:48:11Just got enough of that one.
00:48:13Greenland!
00:48:14No way through.
00:48:16Look at that defeat level right there.
00:48:18Coming up with one stop and then another.
00:48:22Save!
00:48:23He absorbed that contact but never lost the puck.
00:48:26That's not easy at all when a defender's leaning on you and giving you a shove.
00:48:29But he stays strong and gets a quality chance on net.
00:48:34McTavish!
00:48:36And that's taken by Nyquist.
00:48:41Marchment!
00:48:42Gets a piece of it with the glove!
00:48:48We're gonna get another look at that big hit.
00:48:50You can feel that one all the way up here.
00:48:52He drives right through the check.
