00:09One week I look at them, they're like incredible.
00:12Another week they kind of wobble around.
00:14Maybe it's just because the quarterback, Michael Panix,
00:17is still getting his footing there.
00:18But I was pretty shocked there that what Atlanta had done to them, man.
00:22And Drake London was a beast in that football game.
00:26Yeah, it's funny.
00:27I went into this game and I was looking at it and I was saying to myself,
00:29I think the Falcons could win this game.
00:31And I'll tell you why.
00:33Mike Evans' injury is so important to this 49ers team
00:36because of all the stacked injuries they have at receiver.
00:39Really throughout the first six weeks of the season,
00:42Brock Purdy was playing at such a high level,
00:44but he had Mike Evans available as his security blanket.
00:47We saw in that second half of that game against the Commanders,
00:50when Evans went out, they couldn't move the ball nearly as well.
00:53So I kind of looked at this and I said, if he doesn't have Evans,
00:56this might not go as well as we're hoping.
00:58And I know McCaffrey also got banged up in this one.
01:01If he had been able to play, maybe they would have been able to,
01:03you know, move the ball a little bit better.
01:05But I think that the Falcons, to your point, they have a lot of talent,
01:09but they are inconsistent.
01:10I think that speaks to Michael Penick still being a relatively
01:14inexperienced quarterback as a third-year passer.
01:16But I like his raw skill set.
01:18I think there's going to be some growing pains with him.
01:21But, man, when he can distribute the ball to his weapons like Drake London,
01:24like Kyle Pitts, like Bijon Robinson, man,
01:27this Falcons offense is a force to be reckoned with.
01:29And Jeff Ulbrich is doing a fantastic job with that defense.
01:32They're getting so many sacks despite not really having –
01:35they're kind of a no-name pass rush in a way.
01:37And I think Jeff Ulbrich is – you know,
01:39we talked about Brian Flores getting head coaching lists.
01:41I think people are going to look at Jeff Ulbrich and say,
01:44man, this guy's a guy we want to bring in for an interview too.
01:47Absolutely.
01:48How about the Seahawks?
01:49Speaking of defense, what the heck was that, man?
01:52They took the whooping board out to Kansas City.
01:54I mean, in between the 20s, they were waxing that team.
01:57Were you surprised the Seahawks put the wood to them like that, Kansas City?
02:01I wasn't surprised the Seahawks won,
02:03but I was surprised they dominated in such a way.
02:06I think they came in with the perfect plan.
02:07Mike McDonald said, we're going to take away Kenneth Walker.
02:11You guys are going to do that, and we're going to make Patrick Mahomes beat us.
02:14And Mahomes wasn't necessarily bad during the game,
02:16but this was the first time he's had to carry the team this season.
02:19And, again, he's coming off that major injury.
02:21So this just goes to show how important Kenneth Walker's performance
02:25is going to be to the Chiefs moving forward.
02:26They need him to be at a high level in order for everything to work,
02:29at least until Mahomes gets his legs fully under him.
02:33Absolutely.
02:34And Sam Darnold played a little bit better.
