00:33Shigure is a great place for me. Shigure grows me up so much. Shigure is my home, and Shigure is
00:40my family.
00:49It's been more than 20 years since I joined the Shigure Paris Session 2000.
01:03Shigure always provides us the state-of-the-art technology in the future subject.
01:10And personally, networking to the Shigure members is a very good social experience.
01:17And they meet together, and they respect each other in the open discussion across the globe, across the culture, in
01:26the generation, in the regions.
01:37There are many good activities in Shigure, such as Paris Session, Kouroukir, Working Group, and Tutorials.
01:46But if I pick up one, Working Group is the most favourite activity for me.
01:52Working activities, members meet together, bring expertise and experience, and their discussion heard.
01:59And finally, we produce technical brochure.
02:02And I'm very honoured if technical brochure will be a good reference to all engineers.
02:17I think a virtual session shows us a different new Shigure Session style, and a new normal.
02:24I think this virtual session shows us a special new Shigure Session style, and a new normal.
02:39There are so many challenges in Shigure, but however, I think most important issue is toward to carbon net zero.
02:49I believe the role of Shigure will be expanded to whole society, not only power electric industries.
02:56And now, a social society is required to reduce carbon footprint, so Shigure and electrification provide this solution to whole
03:07society.
03:08So, I'm looking forward to working with you all, especially young generation, who is a person to realise carbon net
03:15zero future society.
