00:00 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
00:02 Allah-u-Tabarak-wa-Tala-Ki-Pakizat-Ali-Nam-Se-Aagaz-Kartay-Hain-Jo-Bahut-Mehr-Baan-Nihayat-Rehim-Wala-Hain.
00:07 Dars-e-Bukhari-Ka-Silsila-Hadees-Number-Doh-Hazaar-Chaar-So-Pacheez-Tak-Pocha-Tha.
00:11 Jis-Mein-Hazrat-e-Qadir-Ali-Nam-Se-Aagaz-Kartay-Hain-Jo-Bahut-Mehr-Baan-Nihayat-Rehim-Wala-Hain.
00:16 Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
00:18 Allah-u-Tabarak-wa-Tala-Ki-Pakizat-Ali-Nam-Se-Aagaz-Kartay-Hain-Jo-Bahut-Mehr-Baan-Nihayat-Rehim-Wala-Hain.
00:30 Dars-e-Bukhari-Ka-Silsila-Hadees-Number-Doh-Hazaar-Chaar-So-Pacheez-Tak-Pocha-Tha.
00:32 Jis-Mein-Hazrat-e-Khabbab-Radi-Allah-Tala-Anhu-Bayan-Kartay-Hain-Ka-Zamain-e-Jahliyat-Mein-Aaas-Bin-Wail-Ko-Kuch-Darahim-Qarz-Diya-Tha.
00:39 When he asked for a ransom, he said, "If you reject Muhammad, I will give you the Darahim."
00:47 The Prophet replied, "No, I will never reject him. Not even if Allah kills you and raises you again."
00:53 "It cannot be until the Day of Judgment."
00:55 Then he said jokingly, "Let me die when I am raised again."
01:00 "Then I will be given wealth and children. I will pay your debt from that."
01:05 Then the verse was revealed on his refusal. Allah said, "Did you see the man who rejected our verses and said, 'I will be given wealth and children'?"
01:17 We were talking about this. I spoke about the time of Jahiliyat.
01:20 The second thing is that Hazrat-e-Khabbab-Radi-Allah-Tala-Anhu rejected the world and remained with the Prophet.
01:30 Sometimes we face the problem of disbelief and Islam, but there are other situations.
01:36 One of them is that sometimes our friends invite us to sin.
01:42 We should think that we will not go against the Prophet.
01:47 If you are angry and I have convinced you, you will not intercede in the field of society.
01:52 My Prophet will intercede. So I will not do it.
01:55 Sometimes parents incite children to sin.
01:59 Daughters are told to go to the wedding without veil.
02:03 There are waiters and males are coming and going.
02:07 Sometimes there is a mixed gathering, but they want to make the relationship easier.
02:13 Daughters refuse to wear burqa because it is against the Sharia.
02:17 Mother ridicules her and gives her money in various names.
02:23 If the father is doing a bad business, he tells his son to take care of it.
02:29 If the son disobeys, the father scolds him and humiliates him.
02:34 He makes him feel that he is enjoying the house and car as a result of this behavior.
02:41 In such a situation, the children should be encouraged.
02:46 As I said in the previous program, you should study well.
02:50 Do additional courses to earn money.
02:54 There are many courses in the IT course.
02:58 There are courses in the language course.
03:00 There is a lot of scope in it.
03:02 You can learn Chinese, English, Arabic.
03:05 There are many jobs in the translator course.
03:08 There is a lot of money in it.
03:11 You can do courses related to banking.
03:16 You can get good jobs.
03:20 You can provide everything to your family and children with ease.
03:32 You don't have to show your hands to anyone.
03:35 Sometimes, the boss tells the employees to do something illegal.
03:43 For example, in the government institutions,
03:47 some people say that they are doing a government job.
03:51 Our senior officials say that we have to take bribes.
03:54 If we don't take bribes, there will be problems.
03:56 What will be the punishment?
03:58 I would have told you if there was a license in this.
04:03 But there will be no legal license in this.
04:06 You can't empty the pockets of people to save your job.
04:13 This Sharia does not allow this.
04:15 It is possible that a person is forced to leave the right of Allah.
04:20 For example, you have to pay Zakat, but someone is in danger.
04:25 You give the money to him.
04:27 You have to pay Zakat at the end of the year.
04:30 You give it to him.
04:32 For example, someone is drowning in the sea.
04:35 He can't swim, but you can.
04:37 You have to save him by breaking the prayer.
04:40 The prayer was Allah's right to be completed.
04:43 But you give the right of the person to be missed.
04:45 Not because he is in a high position.
04:48 But because Allah is rich.
04:50 He is not in need.
04:52 The person is in need.
04:53 So, think of it as a need.
04:56 So, if the right of Allah and the right of the person clash,
05:05 then you can leave the right of Allah and give the right of the person.
05:08 But this method is wrong.
05:10 The right of the person is on both sides.
05:13 Or you can say that the person is helpless.
05:15 And here you ignore the helplessness of people and give your helplessness.
05:21 For example, someone says at gunpoint that kill the person in front of you or I will kill you.
05:25 The rule of law is that you cannot kill.
05:27 Because both are equal.
05:28 One person there and another person here.
05:29 One person there and another person here.
05:31 So, you say kill him.
05:32 I can't kill him.
05:33 And if he kills you, you will get the status of martyrdom.
05:36 This is not suicide.
05:37 Similarly, if someone says to commit adultery at gunpoint,
05:41 you say that you will not do it because it will violate the right of the person.
05:44 So, you can't do it like this.
05:46 So, in short, taking bribes is because my job is saved.
05:52 Because the boss is not angry.
05:54 Then remember that neither the boss nor your job can save you in the field of society.
05:59 But what happens in our country is that if the word government job comes,
06:03 it is like getting heaven, like getting a hole, like crossing the wall.
06:08 You have to do illegal work in it.
06:10 Anything should be a government job.
06:12 What benefit will the government job give you?
06:14 A little salary, then pension, then what will happen after this?
06:18 When you die and go to the grave, there is no job, no pension.
06:21 If you have gone to the nominee, he will keep eating pensions.
06:25 Which one will obey Allah?
06:26 Which money will be spent on your charity?
06:29 Their own compulsion will be so much that they will use all the pensions themselves.
06:33 And you will be suffering from its plague in the grave.
06:36 We don't like these things very much.
06:39 Because we are terrified to hear such things.
06:43 The veins of the brain start pulling.
06:45 We have to account for ourselves.
06:47 We were turning our faces from the hereafter.
06:49 You turned your face again.
06:51 It is a very dangerous statement.
06:53 So, some people get scared that they should not do this.
06:56 Let's not do it. Let's assume.
06:58 If a pigeon closes its eyes, will the cat leave it?
07:01 See, when the pigeon closes its eyes, when it starts catching it,
07:04 it thinks that the eyes are dark, maybe no one will catch it.
07:06 It is caught more easily.
07:07 Don't do this.
07:08 Take good care of yourself.
07:10 So, in short, the issue of disbelief and Islam is a separate matter.
07:14 But even in a lower degree than this,
07:16 for the sake of religion, for the sake of the Prophet,
07:19 we have to make sacrifices for the sake of Allah.
07:22 Like Hazrat Khabbab left his wealth, but did not go to the wrong way.
07:26 We should also tolerate a little worldly loss like this.
07:30 But Allah should not leave the mercy of his Messenger.
07:34 Then he said, "Okay, leave it.
07:37 I will die and then be revived.
07:39 Then I will be given wealth and children.
07:41 Then I will return it to you."
07:44 So, he himself made a mistake in the affairs of the hereafter.
07:50 By making a mistake, it is as if he has committed a mistake in the unseen.
07:58 I will be given wealth and children there.
08:00 What proof do you have?
08:02 Give me the proof.
08:03 What do you know about the future?
08:05 So, the verse was revealed on the basis of this.
08:08 Where will you get wealth from?
08:10 There will be no wealth, no children, nothing.
08:12 The children of such people who have inflicted children in disbelief or sin,
08:18 will be the children of the parents.
08:21 They have ruined our hereafter.
08:23 So, this is the result.
08:25 The result is that until you have knowledge about the hereafter,
08:29 and do not speak on it,
08:33 Now see, we have posts.
08:36 Forward this post to ten people.
08:39 You will get good news.
08:41 And if you do not do it, you will be unlucky.
08:44 My brothers immediately start doing it.
08:47 Brother, by saying that you will be lucky or unlucky.
08:52 Who is that Nathu, Pattu, Tita, Pappu, I don't know who it is.
08:55 We just start.
08:57 Some people say that whoever does not forward it,
09:00 Allah will curse him.
09:02 And it is a test of his love for the Prophet.
09:04 What kind of test is it?
09:06 And how will it be cursed?
09:08 What kind of curse is revealed?
09:11 What kind of mercy of Allah is revealed?
09:13 This can be told by the Prophet.
09:15 Allah says revelation, then the Prophet tells.
09:17 He does not tell himself, he tells through revelation from Allah.
09:21 Where did you get the result?
09:23 So, it is like the disbelievers that we are walking on the path of Ravish.
09:26 This does not make a person a disbeliever.
09:28 But anyway, to talk about the affairs of the future in this way,
09:32 it is like claiming to be unseen.
09:35 This is a very severe sin and a great sin.
09:38 And it is possible that it may be the cause of the destruction of the faith of such people.
09:43 Now this tradition is over.
09:45 Otherwise, we used to see from the beginning when we were young,
09:47 the posters were distributed outside the mosque.
09:49 It was written in it that a Bengali Baba had a dream in Madinah
09:53 that if this Qiyamah is coming, people will be dismayed,
09:57 immediately send this poster to 80 people.
10:00 If you do not send it, then the punishment will befall you.
10:03 I read it in the newspaper, it was written in it that if you do not send it to 80 people,
10:06 your wife will die.
10:08 Now guess, and we saw that people used to copy it and distribute it outside the mosque.
10:13 Then sometimes they used to explain to them and put the paper in the dustbin,
10:17 that is, in the holy Auraq that the name of Allah and the Prophet was written.
10:21 And they used to explain to them, do not be crazy.
10:24 Now pay attention, do not be angry.
10:27 If the Quran is recited, it will not affect the heart.
10:30 If the Hadith is recited, it will not affect the heart.
10:32 If the promises of Allah and the Prophet are recited, it will not affect the heart.
10:35 But a post comes and gives us a shock immediately.
10:38 And we start acting according to its requirements.
10:41 This is the sign of a heart patient.
10:44 Our hearts are covered with darkness.
10:47 Our hearts have become a collection of diseases,
10:50 spiritual diseases, which we call spiritual patients.
10:53 May Allah not give a definitive news of his Messenger.
10:56 And such nonsense things affect us.
10:59 We need to be careful. May Allah enable us to do this.
11:02 The next topic is,
11:05 He says, "Kitabun fil luqtati"
11:08 A book about the "Luqt"
11:11 One word is "Luqtah" and the other is "Laqiyyat"
11:14 "Laam", "Qauf", "Taw" and "Gol"
11:17 "Haaj" is "Luqtah" and the other is "Laqiyyat"
11:20 "Taw" is at the end. Remove "Ta" and "Laqiyyat"
11:23 "Luqtah" refers to things that have fallen, which are other than man.
11:28 "Laqiyyat" refers to the children that are found in the garbage.
11:34 The Prophet of Allah has also stated the rules for this.
11:37 If you find anything other than a child,
11:40 like a goat, a cow, a gold set,
11:44 money, or jewelry,
11:47 then what will you do with it? This is "Luqtah".
11:50 And if you find children lying around,
11:53 like people throw them in the garbage, that is "Laqiyyat".
11:56 This is not a topic, it is a "Luqtah".
11:58 In summary, I will mention that the Hadiths are different in this regard.
12:02 And it is certain that Imam Bukhari does not claim
12:06 to mention all the Ahadith related to a topic.
12:09 So, I will tell you the summary and the result of the Hadiths.
12:15 If you see something that has fallen,
12:18 like if you are in Pakistan,
12:21 where Muslims are Muslims and there are very few non-Muslims,
12:24 then it is certainly a Muslim's property.
12:27 Most probably, it is a Muslim's property.
12:30 So, if you pick it up with the intention of making milk,
12:34 and say, "I will keep it for milk",
12:37 then remember that it is Haram.
12:39 So, the thing that has fallen,
12:41 it is a property.
12:43 If you pick it up,
12:45 then it is a Muslim's property and it is a treachery.
12:49 And if you pick it up with the intention
12:51 of finding its owner, then it is a Muslim's property.
12:55 So, if you have the intention of using it,
12:58 and you are a criminal, then leave it.
13:00 You are not responsible for someone else taking it.
13:03 But here, we do not consider it a property,
13:06 but we say that it is a good deed.
13:08 We say that Allah helped me,
13:10 I have been helped from unseen.
13:12 If we say to someone, "I found it lying on the road",
13:15 it means that if your child is playing in the street,
13:18 and someone else kidnaps it,
13:20 and you say, "He is taking our child away",
13:23 and he replies, "I found it lying on the road",
13:26 what will you say?
13:28 Similarly, if a thousand rupee note falls on the road,
13:31 and someone else picks it up,
13:33 and you say, "It was mine",
13:35 and he says, "I found it lying on the road",
13:37 what will you say?
13:39 "Lying on the road" means that my property is gone,
13:42 this is my note, give it back to me.
13:44 Similarly, another Muslim has a right.
13:46 Now, what happens in our country is that
13:48 we keep a thousand rupee note in our pocket,
13:50 we consider it as Allah's help,
13:52 and I feel sorry that when a child picks up a note like this,
13:55 and goes home,
13:56 the mother does not say, "Why did you pick it up?
13:58 You did wrong."
13:59 If you make her understand with love,
14:01 if you make it a habit, even if you slap her,
14:03 no, the mother says, "Bring it here."
14:05 If she takes a thousand rupee note,
14:07 she will give you a hundred rupee note,
14:09 "Go and eat something, there are nine hundred in your pocket."
14:12 So, when the parents themselves are encouraging
14:14 the children in this wrong thing, what will happen?
14:16 If they are in a non-Muslim country,
14:18 then you will have to think about it.
14:20 If you are somehow a non-Muslim,
14:22 then remember that it does not have the same command
14:25 as a Muslim thing.
14:26 But I will always advise that for a few bucks,
14:29 do not take Islam or being a Muslim
14:31 unnecessarily towards defamation.
14:34 You search, see, like you got a mobile phone,
14:37 you saw in its contact list,
14:39 all the names of non-Muslims are there,
14:41 if it is not of Muslims, then it is confirmed
14:43 that it will not be of Muslims.
14:44 So, search and deliver it to the owner.
14:46 It is a very good thing.
14:47 But if you do not find the owner,
14:49 then you can keep it yourself.
14:51 I am talking about a non-Muslim thing.
14:53 But what is better,
14:54 that you search and give it.
14:55 In this, there is the respect of Islam and a Muslim.
14:59 And the second thing is that now you have picked it up,
15:02 you want to deliver it to the owner,
15:04 then the rule of law for this will be that
15:06 it will have to be announced for so long
15:10 that you will be sure
15:12 that the owner is disappointed with its search.
15:16 And this will be different in terms of the financial status of the goods.
15:19 If you get 100 rupees,
15:20 how long will you search for it?
15:21 If it is a note of 5000, then?
15:23 And if you get a car worth 500,000,
15:25 then how long will a person search for it?
15:28 If you get a set of gold,
15:29 like someone is going on a scooter and it falls,
15:31 then how long will he search for it?
15:33 So, that is why the estimate,
15:34 like this, if you get a bunch of bananas,
15:36 it will rot by evening,
15:38 then you will not keep it for long.
15:39 So, that is why you will have to estimate in terms of the financial status of the goods,
15:43 that how long will the owner search for it?
15:46 And then you will have to announce it in the ways that are known in your area.
15:52 In some places, announcements are made in mosques.
15:55 And especially when you get something in the mosque,
15:57 like you forgot the watch at the Wudu room,
15:59 then you deliver it to the Imam,
16:00 he will announce that someone has left something,
16:03 it has been found from the Wudu room,
16:04 he will take it as a sign.
16:06 Similarly, if you are in the market,
16:08 you can write a chart and put it up,
16:10 if someone has lost something,
16:11 then they come to us,
16:12 tell us the sign and take it.
16:14 Do it like this.
16:15 Or if it is something of a big value,
16:17 then you can put it on the internet or social media.
16:19 There is a fear of being found by liars as well.
16:21 But anyway,
16:22 it is better that when you pick it up,
16:24 you make someone a witness.
16:25 It is best to do so,
16:27 so that later they can testify that
16:29 there was no treachery in it.
16:31 Otherwise, sometimes people are returning it,
16:34 and the other person feels bad,
16:36 and says that it was worth a thousand,
16:38 but it was worth five thousand.
16:39 The person who does good becomes ashamed,
16:42 and a problem arises.
16:43 That is why it is better to make a witness.
16:46 Now if the owner has come,
16:47 then return it to him,
16:48 and if the owner has not come,
16:50 then the scholars have said that
16:52 if you are poor yourself,
16:54 then keep it yourself.
16:55 Or if there is someone in the family who is poor,
16:57 then give it to him.
16:58 And if there is no one and you are poor,
16:59 then give it to that unknown owner.
17:03 This is the method.
17:04 Now let's see some hadiths about it.
17:06 The chapter has been established.
17:08 The chapter is,
17:09 "When the Lord of the point
17:11 points to it with a sign,
17:13 when the owner of the point
17:15 points to it with a sign,
17:17 then the one who picks up the point
17:19 hands it over to the owner."
17:21 Hadith number is 2426.
17:25 And the narrator of this is Hazrat Suwaid bin Ghafalah.
17:28 He said that I met Hazrat Ubay bin Ka'ab
17:32 (may Allah be pleased with him)
17:34 He said that I picked up a bag of 100 Dinars.
17:38 100 Dinars, gold coins.
17:40 You got it.
17:42 So I came to the Prophet (pbuh)
17:45 He said that announce it for a year.
17:49 So I announced it for a year.
17:52 Then I did not find anyone who could recognize it.
17:55 I came to the Prophet (pbuh) again.
17:58 He said that announce it for another year.
18:02 I announced it for another year.
18:05 So I did not find anyone who could recognize it.
18:08 I came to the Prophet (pbuh) for the third time.
18:11 He said that keep in mind the bag,
18:14 the quantity of Dinars,
18:16 and the chain of closing it.
18:19 Then if the owner comes,
18:21 give it to him.
18:22 Otherwise, you take benefit from it.
18:25 So I took benefit from it.
18:27 We will explain it in the next program.
18:30 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:32 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:34 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:37 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:40 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:43 Alhamdulillah Rabbil 'aalameen.
18:46 [BLANK_AUDIO]
