04:09At a restaurant
04:10Outside a restaurant
04:11Patrons inside
04:12Saw him in his vehicle
04:13Slumped over
04:14That they contacted
04:16First responders
04:17Who then came to the scene
04:18They were not able
04:20To confirm
04:20That he was breathing
04:21When they arrived
04:23And then
04:24When they performed
04:25CPR
04:26Things of that nature
04:27They did take him
04:27To the hospital
04:28But it was announced
04:29That around 4 o'clock
04:30He had passed away
04:32And that he essentially
04:32Was dead on arrival
04:34That he was already gone
04:35When they got to him
04:36Which is heartbreaking
04:37And they also announced
04:38That they do not suspect
04:39Any foul play
04:40Or anything
04:41Like that
04:42There's no
04:43Evidence of anything
04:44Other than just
04:45Some kind of
04:46Natural situation
04:47Now
04:48As a wrestling fan
04:49And I'm sure you guys

04:52We've seen a lot of these

11:00Discovery the current broadcast
11:02Home of all elite wrestling this
11:05Is a highlights deal where they're
11:06Going to have the exclusive global
11:07Rights to WWE highlights of all
11:09Their programming they're going to
11:11Have a presence at certain ple's
11:13Which will be very interesting and
11:14When you think about it like on
11:15The surface you're like well
11:16Wow like you know this is a
11:18Company who already has AEW
11:19They're bringing in WWE and when
11:20You know pressed for comment
11:22About this a representative for
11:24Warner brothers discovery
11:24Basically talked about how having
11:27WWE be a part of their their many
11:31Many providers that they they
11:33Offer is actually good for AEW
11:35Because it brings eyes to
11:37Professional wrestling in general
11:39I don't necessarily disagree with
11:41That in the short term but I also
11:43Look at this as a long-term
11:44Conversation if this does work out
11:46For warner brothers discovering
11:47Having this partnership with
11:49WWE when media rights contracts
11:51Come due AEW comes due in either
11:542027 or there is an option here
11:55For 2028 whenever that comes due if
11:59It was a very advantageous deal for
12:03WWE and warner brothers discovery
12:05Then there is always that
12:06Possibility that they negotiate a
12:08Media rights deal that takes you
12:10Know the television time away and
12:12You know obviously what it's been
12:14It's been theorized from the
12:15Beginning that warner brothers
12:16Discovery has part ownership in
12:17AEW so I don't think they're
12:19Ever going to go away with this
12:21This merger coming up with
12:22Paramount I'm curious to see how
12:23That all plays out Tony Khan's
12:24Been super excited about it the
12:25Whole time I hope he knows what
12:26He's doing I just I always get
12:29Concerned when a big company like
12:31WWE who has a history of not
12:33Always doing the best thing by
12:34Other companies gets involved with
12:36Heck a broadcast partner of their
12:39Biggest competition that's a little
12:41Unique relatively strange so we'll
12:43Have to see how that plays out over
