00:20The motivation is the more that they have, the more you can do a head count and get proportional representation

00:28not based upon who's a citizen, but how many people they're head counted like in your state, et cetera.
00:34And there's an aggressive project underway right now to redo the census so that it is going to more accurately
00:43reflect citizens only.
00:45And that will have the effect of the redistricting that took place this year in Republican counties where blue got
00:55eliminated
00:56and red got potentially created because once that census project comes due,
01:02which is they tried to get it done by midterms and it wasn't possible.
01:07However, by the presidential election next cycle, it's very likely that this new census is going to be ratified
01:15and it's going to gut left wing representation for illegal people all over the country.
