00:00Hello there, good morning. It'll finally start to feel that bit more autumnal this weekend,
00:06particularly this morning. It's going to be quite a chilly start, some frost likely in
00:10places, even some mist and fog. Now this should clear relatively quickly and for most it's
00:15going to be a dry start to the weekend, plenty of sunny spells. We're not going to totally
00:20escape the rain though, some will feed in from a north to north-westerly flow, mostly
00:24across parts of Lincolnshire, East Anglia, perhaps pushing into London and the far south-east
00:29of England. Away from this though, it should remain dry, plenty of autumnal sunshine. Temperatures
00:35have come down though, so particularly in any exposed areas to that northerly breeze, it
00:39is going to feel rather chilly. Temperatures widely between 11 to 14 degrees Celsius.
00:46Now to finish off the day, there will still be some showers, mostly towards the south-east,
00:51but any north sea coastal areas could see the odd shower or two overnight, also across the
00:55far north of Scotland. The clearest of the skies to the far west, and this is where winds
01:01will be, that little bit lighter as well. So once again, another chilly night to come,
01:05some mist and fog in places and also some frost, particularly across Scotland, Northern Ireland
01:10and northern parts of England. But anywhere really where we see prolonged clear spells overnight,
01:15temperatures could get down to around freezing.
01:18Now Sunday is a very similar day, but there may just be a few more showers on the cards.
01:24Once again, mostly north sea coasts. As an area of high pressure moves away, we see a bit
01:28more of an easterly component to our wind, and that will allow a few more showers to filter
01:33through, perhaps even some longer spells of rain towards the south-east. And the odd shower
01:38or two could be heavy, with some hail, possibly the odd rumble of thunder. The best of the sunshine
01:43will likely be across Scotland, Northern Ireland, but fairly similar temperatures to what we'll see
01:48this afternoon, widely between 11 to 14 degrees Celsius. So much cooler compared to what we had
01:54earlier in the week.
01:56Now, as the week continues, we'll see a similar set up really with high pressure out towards
02:01the east. This will continue our easterly flow. So we'll still see some rain, some showers pushing
02:07through across England and Wales. And it really looks like for the start of next week, high pressure
02:12sits there. So that may stop some areas of low pressure moving through, some fronts moving
02:16through, but it's likely parts of the north and northwest still could catch some rain, still often
02:21remaining very dry across much of the south and south-east. Now, don't forget, if you want
