01:09tommy's going to turn it over twice then what's the difference so for me the difference is i think
01:15first of all you gave bryce five and a half games tommy has now had one and a half and

01:23good i think you continue to go with tommy and see what he provides see if he learns from his
01:32mistakes i don't think anybody thought tommy was going to go in there and play a perfect game
01:36there were going to be mistakes now those two mistakes were very costly but you had those
01:42same mistakes with bryce you got them with tommy and now moving forward and i don't know that you're
01:48going to learn much against rutgers because rutgers is by definition the worst defense in the big 10
01:55so i would anticipate that he looks better okay hey bryce had the utep game and and i saw i

02:09bit of rhythm get some confidence and then you get a chance to see him against michigan state oh again
02:13not a great defense but again you're starting to maybe build something he's what i'm hoping to see
02:19from tommy is that those mistakes he doesn't make the decision while he's getting hit to try and
02:25shovel the ball off to savi on hider or throw in the ball to quadruple coverage but fix those mistakes

04:10and you look at what tommy did outside that he was a more effective passer you can't take those two
04:15plays away but you had those two plays with bryce outside of those were bryce was he was he moving
04:22the offense no outside of that for tommy was he moving the offense and the answer quite honestly is
04:29no but was that more play selection was that more offensive line couldn't find a way to block
04:34anybody up front how much of it was on tommy who took the brunt of the blame when bryce was

04:39bryce bryce and i think the people who support bryce are mad that tommy's not taking the same
04:45blame in that game that bryce took in those games if you look at it the last two home games
04:50he had two different starters to start the game they both got shut out in the first half
04:54tommy had two turnovers does does michigan win if they don't turn those have those two turnovers
05:01yeah no i want to be fair i'll i'll rip tommy's performance it was not good enough it's not just
05:06the two plays there's a third play it's the sack that took him out of a gimme field goal
05:09and pushed him back into like a 50 something field goal right and then they missed it and they missed
05:14it and so there's three points off the board plus two different field goals from his turnovers
05:18that's a nine point swing in a game that was six six going to overtime none of this is to
05:23defend
05:24tommy my point was bryce has had more of a chance than tommy i want to give tommy his chance
05:29a fair chance more than one game not just against indiana i agree with you and and i do want
05:35to see
05:35him more but i i the rope is very short for me right now and i'm not a bryce guy

05:41saying in the world of fairness try not to get caught up in uh because he's lloyd's grandson i don't
05:48care about that no crap that some people do and here's the other thing when michigan did have a run
05:54game last year and i know okay you're you're allowed to get better you're allowed to do all
05:59those things there was an off season but when michigan did have a running game because they
06:02did last year what was bryce with a running game it wasn't very good right and and so like what
06:10happens if michigan is finally able to do something in the rushing attack does tommy unlock more
