03:50 When a person is distressed,
03:52 when he is in sorrow,
03:54 then believe me, if he turns to his Creator
03:57 and remembers Him,
04:00 then he finds peace.
04:03 Now, it is so strange and beautiful
04:06 that a remembrance
04:08 that Allah has mentioned in the Holy Quran,
04:12 and whose glory,
04:14 and whose honour and dignity
04:17 is mentioned in the Holy Quran,
04:19 what is that remembrance?
04:21 And if we are attached to that remembrance,
04:24 we find peace.
04:25 And that remembrance is Allah's beloved remembrance.
04:30 It is that remembrance,
04:31 whose glory,
04:33 Allah has said,
04:34 'wa rafa'ana laka zikrak'
04:37 This is the remembrance of the Holy Prophet (saw)
04:40 and the remembrance with which our hearts are attached.
04:44 When they praise the Prophet (saw) with their lips,
04:48 they also find happiness,
04:50 they find tranquility.
04:51 And the one who is at peace,
04:53 also finds peace.
04:55 Remember Allah,
04:57 and Allah's beloved,
04:59 and mention the Prophet (saw)
