03:30Thank you for all the support
03:32Especially the last couple months
03:33You supporters are phenomenal
03:35Y'all have been tuning in
03:36Every episode
03:37It means the world to me
03:38Thank you for making this experience
03:40Such a beautiful one for me
03:42It's been a long time coming
03:4314 years I've been doing this show
03:45And just recently
03:46I've seen just an outpouring
03:47Of appreciation from you guys
03:49And you don't know what it does
03:51To somebody who's been doing it this long
03:52Who's never gotten any higher level
03:55And suddenly has been
03:57And that is all thanks to you
03:58My appreciation is endless
04:00Thank you, thank you, thank you so much
04:02This episode
04:03We are going to get into
04:05TNA's wrestling
04:06The results from the show
04:07I'm not going to go through
04:08Every single match
04:09I don't think that's what's important
04:10Because tonight
04:11I want to touch on
04:12A couple things that they did
04:13That I thought were really exciting
04:14Something I see about their company
04:16The way they're constructing
04:17Their roster
04:19We'll talk a little bit
04:20About Bound for Glory
04:21And then
04:21My favorite part of the show
04:23Tonight
04:23Blew my mind
04:24I'm thoroughly happy about
04:25Let's get started with the fact
04:26That we're heading into
04:27Bound for Glory
04:28It's going to be a great show
04:30Top to bottom
04:31I think one of the matches
04:33That people are sleeping on
04:34Zia Brookside
04:35Indy Hartwell
04:36These two ladies can go
04:37I think they're going to
04:38Tear the house down
04:39I'm looking so forward
04:40To the knockouts
04:41Just doing just that
04:43Knocking it out of the park
04:44It should be a great match
04:45But what I really want to think about
04:47Is the
04:48Call Your Gauntlet match
04:49Because heading into this
04:51Here's something I've noticed
04:51And this ties into
04:52Both Bound for Glory
04:53It ties into
04:54Tonight's results
04:55And it ties into
04:56What I was saying
04:56About the way they
04:57Construct their roster
04:58There are a lot of talents
04:59That TNA has brought in
05:01To have reputations
05:02Outside of TNA
05:03Or their former TNA superstars
05:05Coming back to the company
05:07Trying to reestablish themselves
05:08Now I don't care where they fall
05:10On that pantheon of opportunity
05:11I'm always glad to see
05:13A couple things
05:14I think you need a good mix
05:15Of established stars
05:17Be that from WWE
05:19AEW
05:20Whatever it is
05:20People who have main evented
05:22Or been in really strong positions
05:24In other companies
05:24Because it lends credibility
05:26To your company
05:27You also need to have
05:28That strong group of guys
05:30Who've been with you
05:31For an extended period of time
05:32That you know you can have
05:33As your go-to people
05:34They can always deliver
05:36Have great matches
05:36And really put your show
05:38On the map
05:38But then you also have
05:39To create new stars
05:41This is something that
05:42AEW does not do a great job of
05:44They bring in a lot of guys
05:46Who have careers on the indies
05:47That a lot of AEW fans
05:49Already know about
05:50To me that's not creating
05:51Your new star
05:52The closest thing
05:53AEW I feel like has done
05:54Has either been
05:55Wardlow or Hook
05:56That's pretty much
05:57The extent of their
05:58Creation of new stars
05:59Everybody else came
06:00From somewhere
06:01WWE
06:01I would argue
06:03They create the stars
06:04That they bring in
06:04From outside of the
06:05Wrestling room
06:06When they come to TNA
06:07Or I apologize
06:08When they come to NXT
06:08They get all that
06:10Seasoning down there
06:11And then they come up
06:11To the main roster
06:12So in that regard
06:13All those outside
06:14Of wrestling people
06:15They are creating stars
06:17And there are of course
06:18A large number of people
06:19Who come in from other places
06:20Who then get a push
06:22Because of their
06:22Previous exploits
06:23That's you know
06:24Also critically important
06:26But looking tonight
06:27At TNA Wrestling
06:28They have in this
06:30Call Your Shot
06:31Gauntlet match
06:32To see who's going to
06:32Get the number 20
06:33Entrant in that match
06:35And it ends up being
06:36Won by Joe Alonzo
06:38Now quite frankly
06:39If you don't tune in
06:40To TNA Wrestling
06:41You don't even know
06:42Who Joe Alonzo is
06:44But this is a premium
06:45Opportunity where Joe Alonzo
06:46Is going to get a
06:47Championship opportunity
06:48If he wins
06:50The Call Your Shot
06:51Gauntlet
06:51Coming in at number 20
06:52Obviously much like
06:53The Royal Rumble
06:54Is in a way
06:55Puts you in a great
06:56Position to win that match
06:58And then go on to
06:59Face one of the champions
07:00Trey Miguel
07:01Who is an established
07:03Superstar
07:03Has been to WWE
07:05Down to TNA
07:06Thought about going to
07:08AEW
07:08Back to TNA
07:09This guy's been
07:10All over the place
07:11Has a huge reputation
07:12He will enter at number
07:14One because he is
07:15The one who takes
07:16The fall
07:16In this qualifying match
07:18For those spots
07:20Trey Miguel is somebody
07:21Who you want to see
07:22In the match as long
07:22As possible
07:23So he's the perfect guy
07:24To have it won
07:25He is that established star
07:27Who's been with you
07:28For a while
07:29You could give him the ball
07:30And let him run with it
07:31Through the entire
07:32Gauntlet match
07:33And then at the end
07:34You've got a nice
07:35Young up and coming
07:36Superstar Joe Alonzo
07:37Who could be your number 20
07:38And add some
07:39You know
07:40New flair to it
07:41A different flavor to it
07:42And it's not always
07:43Quite so predictable
07:44I like that
07:45The other thing I love is
07:46The way they're showcasing
07:48Some of these guys
07:49Who when they were
07:49In places like WWE
07:51And who I'm speaking of
07:52Specifically is Fabian Eichner
07:54Who was in Imperium
07:57In WWE
07:57He gets kicked to the curb
07:59By Kaiser and Gunther
08:01And now he's in AEW
08:03And WWE tried to repackage him
08:04It wasn't working out
08:05He comes here
08:06And Fabian Eichner
08:07Has been showcased
08:08In a very strong way
08:09The guy looks like
08:10A million bucks
08:11He's incredibly talented
08:12In the ring
08:13As well as the fact
08:14That tonight he was wrestling
08:15And KC Navarro
08:16Another young
08:17Up and coming
08:19Incredibly talented wrestler
08:20They get to have
08:21A qualifier match
08:22It was just fantastic
08:23I loved everything about this
08:25I love that Eichner
08:26Is getting some respect
08:28I love that Navarro
08:29Is able to be
08:30In a prime position
08:31That these guys
08:32Are being used
08:32To the fullest
08:33Of their potential
08:34And I don't think
08:35Either one would get that
08:35In WWE
08:36And I feel like
08:37AEW is far too crowded
08:38For these two
08:39To ever get an opportunity there
08:40TNA is a fantastic alternative
08:44For wrestlers
08:44Who are looking
08:45To get actual television time
08:47Get in front of a live audience
08:49Get that exposure
08:50And maybe
08:51Down the road
08:52Someday they parlay that
08:53Into a more premium position
08:54If they go to an AEW
08:56Or a WWE
08:57However
08:57For right now
08:59This gives TNA
09:00Something they need
09:01Some people to lean on
09:03Some stability
09:03In their roster
09:04We know that
09:05In the last year or so
09:06They've been doing
09:07A lot of these
09:07Really short term contracts
09:09Not signing people
09:10To long term deals
09:11And it has in a way
09:12Kind of hurt the company
09:13A lot of their stars
09:14Leaving
09:15Going to WWE
09:15Or AEW
09:16And not sticking with TNA
09:18Some of these guys
09:20Are slightly longer contracts
09:21And now we're seeing
09:22The fruit bear out
09:24From the investment
09:25In these guys
09:26Because they are
09:27Very good
09:28In ring workers
09:29Who are generating
09:30Buzz and interest
09:31From their audience
09:32I encourage you
09:33To tune in to
09:34TNA Wrestling
09:34Every Thursday on AMC
09:36Because we had
09:37A lull
09:38For a little while
09:39The quality of the shows
09:40Was just not up to par
09:41But they have been
09:42Doing a fantastic job
09:44In the last several months
09:45Maybe since Road Dog
09:46You know
09:47Left the company
09:48Or left WWE
09:50And there was conversation
09:51About him coming in
09:52And then that didn't happen
09:53And I think that
09:54The conversation
09:55About him coming in
09:56The loss of Tommy Dream
09:57And the creative team
09:58Has made it so
09:59Whoever is in charge
10:00Is kind of being
10:01Pushed a little bit
10:02To really
10:03Really ratchet things up
10:05And put together
10:05Some really great programming
10:08So we're going to
10:09Have to wait and see
10:09How this plays out
10:10Across the weekend
10:11When we get to
10:11Bound for Glory
10:12But I love everything
10:13I saw
10:14I'm going to skip over
10:16My favorite thing
10:17Of the night
10:17I'm going to come back
10:18To that
10:18Because I got chills
10:20I really did
10:20I'm going to jump
10:21To the main event
10:22Tonight
10:22The Nemeth brothers
10:23Nick and Ryan
10:24Defending the TNA
10:25World Tag Team Championship
10:26In a rematch
10:27Against the Hardys
10:28And here's the thing
10:29The Hardys
10:31They don't win
10:32There's a retention
10:33By the Nemeths
10:34They get attacked
10:34By Six
10:35Joe Gacy
10:37And
10:38And
10:40Oh my goodness
10:41I'm drawing
10:41Why can I not
10:42Remember his name
10:43Wow
10:44I feel terrible
10:44Sam Shaw
10:46I called him
10:46Joe Gacy too
10:47It's Sawyer
10:48But
10:49When Six attacks
10:50They lay out
10:51The Hardys
10:51Now my problem
10:52With this is
10:53Nick Nemeth
10:53Is going to be
10:54Defending the World
10:55Championship
10:55Against Leon Slater
10:56At Bound for Glory
10:57In a match
10:57That we're all
10:58Anticipating Leon Slater
10:59Walking out as champion
11:00Did you leave
11:01The championships
11:02On the Nemeth
11:03So that Nick Nemeth
11:03Still has a championship
11:04After that pay-per-view
11:05If not
11:06Then why did you
11:08Not have a crazy
11:09And I mean
11:10You could have done
11:10Something where
11:10You still could have
11:11Had Six attack the Hardys
11:12But as they attack
11:13Them and leave them
11:14Laying
11:14You could have had
11:15Like Nick Nemeth
11:16Or more importantly
11:17Probably Ryan
11:18See them laid out
11:19And maybe lay across
11:21Them for an easy pin
11:22And have somebody
11:22Like Matt
11:23Roll them up
11:24Into a quick
11:24You know
11:26Crucifix pin
11:27And regain the championship
11:29To move into the feud
11:30For the championship
11:31With Six
11:32Instead the Nemeth
11:33Retain
11:34And it's confusing
11:35To me why you would
11:36Do that
11:36Have the world champion
11:37Also be tag team champion
11:38When you have
11:39The opportunity
11:40To showcase so many
11:41Other talents
11:42And it's really not
11:43Helping Nick Nemeth
11:44By being tag team champion
11:45And Ryan
11:46Isn't even wrestling
11:47In a tag team match
11:48At Bound for Glory
11:48He's in a singles match
11:49So a little questionable
11:51On how they're doing that
11:52But I'm not gonna lie
11:53Seeing Six out there
11:54Makes me so happy
11:56To see them
11:57I'm so glad
11:57They're in TNA
11:58Perfect landing spot
11:59For them
12:00And now word is
12:01There may be other members
12:02Of the former
12:03Wyatt Six coming in
12:04I hope so
12:05Should be great
12:05But let's talk about
12:06People coming in
12:07To TNA Wrestling
12:09Zoe Serrano
12:10She has an opportunity
12:12To challenge
12:13Allie and Kiera Hogan
12:14For the TNA Knockouts
12:16Tag Team Championship
12:17And she needs a partner
12:18And who's gonna be
12:20Her partner
12:20None other than
12:21Former WWE Superstar
12:23A former tag team
12:24Partner of hers
12:25And now apparently
12:26Once again
12:26Shayna Baszler
12:28I am a massive
12:30Shayna Baszler fan
12:32She was on a rocket ship
12:34To the moon
12:35When she was in WWE
12:36The first time
12:37Going through NXT
12:39Winning the NXT
12:40Women's Championship
12:41Coming to the main roster
12:42She was the favorite
12:43To win the Women's Royal Rumble
12:45The year she came
12:46To the main roster
12:46And then after she
12:48Didn't win that
12:48She never got the opportunity
12:50To go back to that level again
12:52It was a horrible misfire
12:53In my opinion
12:54On WWE's part
12:55And now
12:56She's further into her career
12:58She's done some
12:59Really cool things
13:00She's taken some time away
13:01And now this is
13:02A great opportunity
13:03For her to step
13:03Right back into the spotlight
13:05Team with Zoe Serrano
13:06Probably win those
13:08TNA Knockouts
13:09Tag Team Championships
13:09And I hope she sticks around
13:11For a long long time
13:12Shayna Baszler
13:12In my opinion
13:13One of the best
13:14Pound for pound
13:15Women wrestlers
13:15In the world
13:16I don't think she ever
13:17Gets the credit
13:18She deserves
13:18She's done things
13:20Going back so far
13:20As to be in Ring of Honor
13:21WWE
13:22NXT
13:23All that stuff
13:24It's going to be great
13:25To see her in TNA Wrestling
13:26I hope she just
13:27Knocks it out of the park
13:28Like she always does
13:29Great get for TNA
