Transcript
00:08Hey guys it's Tara from Refinery29 and today in the beauty test lab I am going to try out the
00:14click and curl set. A lot of times backstage at Fashion Week especially or sometimes in the
00:18salon you'll see hairstylists give someone a blowout and leave a bunch of brushes in their
00:24hair to set all of the curls so they'll roll it up leave the brush and do it again so
00:29a girl has a
00:29head full of brushes this is supposed to do the same thing but you actually can detach the roller
00:35from the brush so you end up with a head of roller so let's see if it works the instructions
00:40say to
00:40start with clean and towel dried hair and you're supposed to blow dry as you would normally blow
00:46dry and then at the end you just roll the hair right up onto the brush and release the end
00:52so
00:53that the roller stays in your hair click come on little guy okay I've set my head with the rollers
01:01that I have I'm on to my last one you can actually buy a booster set with extra rollers so
01:06you can
01:07set your whole head I don't have that which is fine because it's really where I want to get most
01:11the
01:11bodies up here anyway so I'm just going to blow out the rest of my hair using this normally and
01:17then
01:17we're going to let out the hair that's been set and see if it all comes together okay so this
01:24is
01:24the finished look and I think it looks pretty good this was pretty easy to use I didn't feel like
01:30the
01:30rollers held my hair super tightly and it was a little bit difficult to get the hair onto the rollers
01:35but obviously it turned out okay so I'm pretty happy with it if you already have blowout scales which
01:41I do not you would like this even more so I definitely recommend it
