00:08Test Lab today trying out Lipstick Queen's new Hello Sailor lipstick.
00:12This is capitalizing on the nautical trend.
00:15It is a blue lipstick, bear with me.
00:18The brand claims that it gives you a kind of wine-ish berry pout, but to me this looks
00:25full on navy blue.
00:26Now, me personally, if I saw this on the shelf, I would not pick it up, I'd probably look
00:31at it funny and be like, haha, but I wouldn't actually think it's something I could wear.
00:35So I'm gonna try to get over that today and give it a go and see if it's actually wearable.
00:40It's very sheer and it's very creamy.
00:43It has a vitamin E formula, so it feels more like a balm than a lipstick.
00:46I'm noticing some blue tint, but I'm really actually surprised it's nowhere near as pigmented
00:53as I thought it was going to be.
00:54But I did notice that my lips looked pinker.
00:56It was more of a naturally brightened, flushed appearance to my lips.
