00:02 - Giants Nationals is where we make the move next year.
00:06 Alex Wood has the ball on the road above minus 150
00:10 right now in the nation's capital.
00:11 This total though, nine and a half,
00:13 maybe some good weather in Washington, Donnie,
00:15 helping us see this ball fly out.
00:18 - Yeah, 85 degrees, wind's gonna be nominal here,
00:20 which means that it's blowing from left to right,
00:21 so no real help.
00:22 But by the way, the reason I like to bring up teams
00:24 like this with the Washington Nationals,
00:26 I really like this team at the plate, Kevin.
00:27 Going up against Alex Wood, who's a righty,
00:29 excuse me, a lefty, against right-handed batters,
00:31 a 275 ISO and a weighted on base percentage of 386,
00:35 going up against right-handed batters.
00:36 Why is that important here?
00:38 Lane Thomas, you hear me talk about this guy so many times,
00:40 and I know it only feels like it's like a home run
00:42 every game and has an RBI, but check this out, Kevin.
00:45 Limited at bats against left-handed pitching,
00:47 he's only had 20 over the past month,
00:49 being a right-handed batter.
00:50 A 514 weighted on base percentage here,
00:53 and a 211 ISO power number.
00:55 Take a look at Jair Mir Candelario,
00:56 who I include a lot in some of these RBI props.
01:00 He's got an 18 at bats, which isn't a lot,
01:02 but that's over the past 30 days,
01:03 a 438 ISO power number and a weighted on base percentage
01:07 of 430.
01:07 Let's go down again, Joey Manessis, the DH,
01:09 the right-handed batter, only 16 at bats, I get it,
01:12 but a 467 ISO power number and a 496 weighted on base
01:16 percentage against left-handed pitchers.
01:19 Don't, look, you might not want to take the Nationals
01:21 on a day-to-day basis to win games on the money line,
01:23 but there is some value all the way through.
01:25 Even Stone Garrett, the right-handed batter here,
01:27 a 381 ISO power number over the past 30 days
01:30 against left-handed pitching.
01:32 Don't leave the Nationals off your card
01:34 in hitter prop parlays to score runs and also RBI.
01:37 They do do some damage.
01:38 Now, Jake Irvin's gonna be on the mound,
01:39 the right-handed pitcher here for the Nationals.
01:41 He has actually been very good against left-handed batters.
01:44 The reason that that is important,
01:46 the San Francisco Giant's gonna throw a lot
01:48 of left-handed bats at him today.
01:50 We'll see how it does play out,
01:51 but for my money in this one,
01:52 I look right to the middle of that order for the Nationals.
01:55 Those two, three, and four in the lineup here,
01:57 they should be able to do some damage.
01:58 RBI props over total bases, one and a half.
02:01 That's the way I would go in this game here.
02:03 But by the way, the Giants really need
02:04 to bounce back performance.
02:05 They can't come here on the East Coast and get rung up here.
02:08 They gotta win games against the Washington Nationals.
