00:02 So all right, in the NBA,
00:03 we did get a mega contract over the weekend, by the way.
00:06 How about Anthony Davis?
00:07 He's gonna stick around, it looks like, with LeBron James.
00:10 Three years, $186 million, that's the reported extension for
00:16 Anthony Davis as he stays in LA.
00:19 Nuggets Vlako Kansar suffered a ACL tear during a World Cup
00:23 tune-up game, and so naturally he's gonna be out for
00:26 an extended period of time, too.
00:27 Ricky Rubio no longer gonna play, gonna spend some time focusing on his mental
00:31 health, he has basically paused any playing time for him in the future.
00:35 And also this is a wild one, Skylar Diggins-Smith in the WNBA says she has
00:39 been locked out of the Phoenix Mercury training facility.
00:43 This is all stemming from her being on maternity leave, and
00:47 naturally a really bad look, obviously, for the Phoenix Mercury as well.
00:50 Naturally, we'll keep an eye on this and see if it changes, but
00:53 there's no doubt that bad look for the team and the facility as well.
00:57 Also, by the way, the first time ever a WNBA team gonna be sponsored
01:00 by an NBA franchise operating under a different ownership group.
01:04 The Dallas Wings will wear the Dallas Mavericks gem logo in a first of
01:08 its kind deal, really cool story there as well.
