00:00 Before we get into the trade details or what the Colts, Mike, are actually looking at,
00:03 what are we thinking here with the Colts?
00:05 Is this just a season?
00:06 It looks like we're writing off completely here for them?
00:11 I think what's frustrating about that is if you and I look at the Colts roster up and
00:17 down the line on paper, it's still a pretty good roster.
00:20 I think they were really the biggest amongst the biggest, if not the biggest disappointment
00:24 in the league last year.
00:26 The team total lapsed and didn't play well, even their offensive line unit, which is normally
00:32 the center of that team, didn't play well last year.
00:35 They're running it back with a lot of those same players, but a change of coach and change
00:39 of quarterback, you thought maybe they'd have a little bit of juice, and now this cloud
00:43 is hanging over them as we head into the preseason.
00:46 Jonathan Taylor, only 24 years old, it's the last year of his rookie deal.
00:50 He was a second round pick, so it's only his fourth season, and now you have to wonder
00:57 how this plays out.
00:59 I think the Jaguars are clearly the class of that AFC South, but I thought maybe the
01:06 Colts can give them a little bit of a run if Shane Steichen can get what he needs out
01:13 of Anthony Richardson.
01:14 I just feel like all of this drama is, like I said, casting a cloud over this team.
