00:00All right, a couple of, I think, home runs from the snack editor of the No Sweat News.
00:05First up, Dateline the Girl Scouts.
00:08The Girl Scouts have just unveiled their new cookie.
00:11All right.
00:12It is a raspberry version of Thin Mints.
00:15Ooh.
00:16Okay, because Thin Mints are the best, in my opinion.
00:19Most popular Girl Scout cookie is the Thin Mints.
00:22It has to be.
00:22So a spinoff kind of makes sense.
00:24A raspberry?
00:25So will it be raspberry and mint or just straight up raspberry?
00:28It's just straight up.
00:28It's the chocolate.
00:29It's the Thin with a raspberry, like a really rich raspberry filling.
00:35That could be good.
00:36Okay.
00:36That could be good.
00:37I would try that.
00:37Now, I'm not 100% sure about this.
00:39They're saying it's going to be part of an online exclusive, so you might be able to get them from your Girl Scout cookie salesperson.
00:49Right.
00:49Supermarket, usually.
00:50Or, yeah, or outside the marijuana dispensary, one of the two.
00:55Or you just order it online.
00:57Here's the next story.
00:58This one comes from your favorite, Miller Lite.
01:01Yeah.
01:02Miller Lite is selling alcoholic ice cream that tastes like a dive bar, according to them.
01:08What the hell?
01:11And so when I first saw this, I said, wait, this doesn't make any sense.
01:14This sounds disgusting.
01:15I don't want to eat anything that's going to taste like a dive bar.
01:19Yeah.
01:20However.
01:20Why would you want to taste a dive bar?
01:24Here's what it's made of.
01:25I would never want to taste a dive bar.
01:27It's beer flavored ice cream with smoke flavoring to represent the cigarettes, a peanut swirl, because any dive bar has free peanuts, and a gooey caramel swirl to represent the sticky floor.
01:40So you got yourself a little smoky, a little bit of beer, a little bit of caramel and peanut.
01:46I mean, the flavors sound good.
01:47Right?
01:48Yeah.
01:48Okay.
01:49Okay.
01:49I almost would not, though, have purchased it if you told me I want to eat a dive bar.
01:55I would be like, no, I think I'll pass.
01:58Exactly.
01:58But now that you're just simply telling us the ingredients, it does sound good.
02:02Sounds like it's topped off with COVID or something.
02:04Yeah.
02:05Yes.
02:06I know.
02:07Comes with a little herpes sore in your leg.
02:11TipsyScoop.com is selling them.
02:14I think it's associated with the Miller Lite.
02:17I'm not 100% sure.
02:18But I believe why they're doing this is the first ice cream bar, the original Klondike, came out 100 years ago.
02:24Ah, I didn't know that.
02:26What would you do?
02:27Ooh, okay.
02:28Yeah, yeah, yeah.
02:28I love Klondike bars.
02:30Those are the best.
02:31Those are great.
02:31That's one of the best ice creams in the history of ice creams right there.
02:35But this one actually can give you a buzz because the ice cream is alcoholic and it's 5%.
02:41Ooh, what?
02:42Which I think is more alcohol than actual Miller Lite.
02:45Exactly.
02:45It is.
02:46Miller Lite's like 4.2.
02:48So this ice cream is 5% the whole thing?
02:51Can get you drunk.
02:52All right.
02:53Wow.
02:54Keep it away from the kids.
02:56Now I'm starting to get interested.
02:57Why is that kid stumbling and eating an ice cream bar?
02:59We're getting interested now, though.
03:01Yeah.
03:02Because like if you're a late night, you know, and then maybe, you know, it's like 2 o'clock
03:07in the morning and you want a little ice cream or something and you could keep the party
03:10rolling, though.
03:11Right, right, right.
03:12There is an interesting survey.
03:13I think you'll appreciate this.
03:16A new poll of Americans found that one in six of us know a store in their area that could
03:25be a front for illegal activity.
03:27Definitely.
03:28One in six.
03:30Now, I don't know if this is a reflection upon me, but I could probably name you four or five
03:38storefronts within a 10-mile radius of where I'm standing that I believe are fronts for
03:42illegal business.
03:43And I'm leaving out anything with the words Accu and Pressure in their name.
03:48I was thinking the same thing.
03:51We had a place outside of Fordham in the Bronx.
03:55Yeah, yeah, yeah.
03:56There was right next to it, there was a hair salon and a barber's.
04:01There was one bottle of shampoo and one barber chair and one pair of scissors.
04:07A lot of people going in and out, right?
04:09Well, a lot of people going in and out for weed and or coke.
04:12There was a video store, a video, a VHS video store just down the street from us here on
04:19Main Street in Lake Como.
04:21I know exactly what you're talking about.
04:23What's up with that?
04:24Yeah.
04:25Yeah, I know.
04:26Yeah.
04:26There's a coin dealer up on Route 35.
04:30A coin dealer?
04:30Coin.
04:31Rare coins.
04:32Uh-huh.
04:34What sort of numbers do you have on those coins today, sir?
04:37I know an adult shop and it's like adult videos.
04:40It's like nobody's watching adult videos.
04:42You go to Pornhub now.
04:43Who's going in there and renting these?
04:44You'd think.
04:45You know.
04:46But somebody's got to keep these places in business, I guess.
04:48That's what I'm saying.
04:49Yeah.
04:49One in six.
04:50I think that's a little bit higher around for us, at least.
04:54Again, it could be just our lifestyle.
04:57Yeah.
04:57That's true.
